Bright Horizons at Brighton

I am very happy with the care my daughter receives at Bright Horizons at Brighton. The staff and her teachers are very communicative and knowledgable. They take such good care of my infant daughter. I couldn’t be happier or feel more comfortable leaving her there.

Can not comment on their services. But they have a very unprofessional and non-​personal approach to marketing.
Let me explain…
I called them to inquire about their services. The person on phone was very pleasant gave me the info I wanted and took down my email and phone no. Since then she has been calling me and emailing me over and over again in order to schedule a visit. I have emailed back to her about scheduling a visit later but she seem to be only interested in sending these very impersonal, targeted to any client email and not interested in replying to my email.
Be careful before you give them your phone no. or email.
Again their services could be ok — I do not know — but the lack of respect that they have been showing for their potential customers does not speak well of the business.
