Do Me A Favor, Inc

Tried to find the address for this place. No such street in either Altadena or Pasadena. The phone is bogus: All «555» prefixes are fake: those are used for fictitious phone numbers in movies and tv. What are these people hiding??? I think the reviews must be bogus too! The only place one can find a listing for «Do Me a Favor» is on Unilocal!!!

Kim was fantastic. She took care of my 3 large breed dogs while we were gone for a week. She sent me texts every time she went over to the the house to walk them. She took pictures and sent them to me which made me feel a lot better about being away from them. She definitely put our minds at ease. We will definitely use her in the future, and recommend her to anyone needing a sitter and/​or walker for any size dog.

I started using Do Me A Favor almost a year ago. I messed up a tendon right after I adopted my big puppy Hudson. He has lots of energy and needs daily walks… long walks. He’s also a little bit scary looking to most people. Well, Kim, Joe and Wes are not those people. They love him as much as I do and they take care of him as if he was their own. Not only does he get daily walks, sometimes he gets a hike, and he spends the night with all his buds every few weeks. We think of Kim, Joe and Wes like family — the family we would have if we got to choose one. There is no better place to go if you want the absolute best care for your dog.

Kimberly is very knowledgeable and took excellent care of our two dogs, one of whom is elderly and required extra special care and a visit to the vet. Kimberly met all of their needs and took care of everything with TLC. We are so glad to have found Kimberly on Unilocal and echo all of the other excellent reviews!

Kimberly is by far the best person out there to take care of my two dogs Emma a chocolate lab and Chase a terrier/​poodle mix. They are like kids to me and I would never trust anyone else with them. She makes sure they are walked and super tired when they get home. She has even sent me photos and email updates when they are with her. She has been available to me on even a couple hours notice for the weekends. Overall I would highly recommend this family business for anything to do with animals or day to day stuff that you would require someone you can trust.

We are new to the area and had to attend a wedding out of town; everyone we knew were also attending the wedding so we couldn’t drop her off at a friends. I searched and searched for someone to care for my 10 y/​o Great Dane, but it seemed that no one was willing to care for a big dog that needed daily medications, a special diet and has never been boarded. Then I found Do Me A Favor on Unilocal.
I emailed and Kimberly emailed me back within an hour. I explained the situation with the food allergies and the daily medication and she said no problem.
When I went to drop of my best friend, Kimberly took the time to get to know me and introduce herself to my dog. She introduced the dogs one by one and made sure my dog Daisy was comfortable with everyone. She asked about the diet, habits, medications, everything you could think of to ensure that my pet was going to be cared for properly. She even texted me to let me know how she was doing.
I would definitely recommend Do Me A Favor, and I will definitely use their services in the future!

I have 2 senior German Shepherds that are watched by Kimberly every other week for a full week. I use to have a house, now live in an apartment with a small back yard. We are trying to find a new place to live to give them more back yard space and until then I need help with sitting every other week. Also I had her watch them for 3 weeks while on vacation. I can not say enough good things about both Kimberly & Joe. I can tell that they truely care about the dogs in their care and each time the dogs return they are in happy spirits. I also think they get exited when they realize the car drive means they are going to Kim. If you have a dog and are in need of some sitting short or long term then this is your place. In fact as I am writing this my dogs are with her now.

I have a puppy and kimberly always managed him SO well. I almost always have last minute requests to take Sunny in, and she kindly agrees. Kim has a great personality and is great with animals. I live in Santa monica, and wouldn’t go anywhere else but Do Me A Favor Inc.

Kimberly was able to take both of my dogs on very short notice. She is very friendly and it is clear that she LOVES dogs. One of my dogs was not on his best behavior, but, she worked with him (both of them really) to make him feel at ease. She and her son took the dogs on hike and had some great pictures to share.
I will definitely use her again, assuming that she does not get inundated with dog-​owning, traveling Unilocalers!

OUTSTANDING! I can’t recommend Kimberly enough. I was to go on a trip to South America and needed to find a sitter to watch my dobie/​pointer mix Bango. I have to say that he was in great hands with Kimberly. She really took it to the next level by pampering him and taking him on walks around the neighborhood or by keeping him socialized at the dog park, or playing etc. Kimberly also provided updates as well via text, which I really appreciated. It’s no wonder that she’s booked about a month in advance.

We boarded our goldendoodle with Kimberly this past weekend while we were visiting Pasadena. We were really happy with our experience. Kimberly texted us daily updates and sent pictures of our dog. We felt that her rates were very reasonable and she even drove our dog back to the hotel when we were ready to leave. We would definitely have her dog sit again in future.
