Nothing has improved at this store. Today I was in line at the garden center to check out(after waiting for the cashier to show up) when someone came in from the outside and said he wanted a pallet of mulch. She decided to ignore me already waiting and rang him up. I guess if you buy a pallet of mulch you can skip the line. It wasn’t until i sat my stuff down and started to walk out that she said she would ring me up. I decide to leave. It’s not the occasional poor service here that would bother me. It’s the constant incompetent poor service that seems to be the rule, not the exception that bothers me. It’s certainly not a lack of staff. there always seems to be plenty of people with nothing to do.

short of staff big time to find some assistance takes forever, they do not even respond to the loudspeaker poor management, i am amazed that nobody on upper management doesn’t see that that store could sell more if they could get the act together have to go to Lee highway store to get a better product and more diverse and better brands

Very disappointed to know that they will not honor a price on their own website. Something they advertise and is in store only and they just tell you sorry. What happened to the customer is right? I guess off to lowes I go and they have a10% off coupon.

This is a smaller store and it really shows. The selection is limited, I’m always having to go to other Home Depots to purchase items because this store is out or doesn’t stock. The staff attempts to be helpful but is rather annoying with the constant ’ can I help you find something?” My suggestion would be to offer help when someone looks like they need it. I would also recommend to prospective customers to go to the larger and better stocked Home Depots such as Casselberry or Lee Road.

i very this the same as costco, some things are great deals and other things are best avoided. you need to do your home work and research online the best deals. you can bet that if you are doing home improvement they always have a good cheap deal on cabinets or tiles, but those products can always be spotted when you walk in to a house which did every thing through home depot and got the items on sale. you go «i’ve seen this stuff before? oh yeah, home depot was selling this stuff at $.10 a sq ft… «. overall home depot serves a purpose. it is a warehouse of items related to home life and home improvement. it has tools, storage, building, pests, gardens, lighting, appliances, etc. Nice friendly and knowledgable staff A+ from me

This store is unbelievably annoying and I will be moving my 3 – 4 weekly visits to Lowe’s. Recently I was asked for money by the same panhandler at this store on 3 consecutive visits. Then I was minding my own business trying to shop and one of their employees started annoying me trying to get me to do a survey, not taking no for an answer until I got in his face and said«I don’t want to talk to you» loudly. Their most recent tactic is EVERY time you approach the checkout counter they immediately ask«will this be on your Home Depot card today?» I don’t have a Home Depot credit card, I don’t want one, and I won’t have to be asked that any more because I’ll be going to Lowe’s instead.

A year or two ago, all Home Depot locations seemed to of gone through intense customer service training. That all appears to be lost at this location… and maybe some tightening of the belt. After going to their website to do some research for a new dishwashers, we went to this location to see the sale models. We wandered around the two rows of washers for 15 minutes… there were no other customers in the area, and unfortunately no employees to help us. None of the units were marked with their sale prices or the specials going on for the holiday weekend. Some units weren’t secured in their positions and would tilt forward when you try to open the door. Actually, we had trouble finding any units highlighted online and in the circulars. All the prices shown were the regular prices even though they were all 10% off. We finally gave up ad decided that we would go to the Casselberry location where we’ve had more luck recently. As we’re walking out, there were three employees behind us yucking it up with each other and not interested at all in acknowledging each of the customers they passed. The one positive during this particular visit were the hot dogs and pizza they were giving away for the holiday.

Well I just wrote my 1 star review for Lowes. After 2 or 3 paragraphs I went on to talk about how much better home depot was. We got fed up with Lowes and drove across the street to here. So instead of writing a 2nd review for here. I will just copy and paste the bottom section of my Lowes review. We drove about 300 feet across the street to home depot. WOW! Its like night and day. Literally walking 20ft in the store and we were already greeted with a smile and hey guys how are you. Not sure where to go. I saw a guy walking my way but he grabbed a palate and turned around. As I spun around looking for someone else there was a guy there not wearing the typical home depot orange, who was opening boxes. He asked if we needed help. He took us to the plumbing section and attempted to help us. He called over someone who works in that area. We got the info we needed. Before we were going to leave we decided to check the track lighting section. Passing the original guy who helped us out. He took the time to ask how we made out. Finally leaving the store we were met with more smiling faces and hello’s… The customer service here is so much better then at lowes. From now on when we need something for our house, it will be home depot that gets our money… Congrats to Lowes though. To this date so far only one place has gotten a 1 star review from me. Also due to horrible customer service and rude attitude. So I’ve finally been able to hand out my 2nd1 star. So thats my copy and paste. In short. From now on due to the great customer service at home depot I intend to drive the extra few hundred feet. Buh bye Lowes.

I am always amazed at the customer service here. They always answer my questions and can point me in the right direction. I need a few keys made and the associate made my keys and had someone else take me to look for the other itemsI needed. I saw a guy snoozing on the patio furniture while his wife looked at flowers.

I spent quite a bit of money here in the last 2 weeks for my home improvement projects. You would think that when you ask questions to people who work here they would be able to help or in the very least find someone who CAN help. Not so much. One guy spent over 15 minutes on the phone to Still give us the wrong information. Good thing we didn’t believe him. Then this past weekend we spent about $ 500 in ROCKS. We made 4 trips to get what we needed, and not one person offered to help until I showed up without my husband. The gentleman who helped me load the bags of rocks on to the cart disappeared when I needed them loaded into my SUV. I guess I didn’t mind. I didn’t expect the help to begin with since no one helped when it was just me and my husband. I guess when you go, just know what it is that you are looking for. if you don’t you won’t get the correct information anyway.

Something has happened at Home Depot. All of the associates must have gone through customer service training because every where we went we were asked if we needed help. Employees would holler down an aisle to see if we needed help! My husband even managed to get a small search party together to locate me when we got separated! Although the customer service is excellent the store looses a star for their limited selection. They were out, or had limited supplies, of a few things we were looking for. If you haven’t been to Home Depot lately stop in and you’ll see what I mean. There wasn’t one employee who saw us and didn’t go out of their way to see if they could help us.

While at the store I saw a cart roll into my car and it broke my tail light lens a $ 200 part that they claim no responsibility for because it wasn’t caused by their employee, however they do own all the carts should they not be responsible. NOCUSTOMERSATISFACTION, WEWILLNOWSHOPONLYATLOWES.
