Romano Home Inspection

First off, I never write reviews, but I felt like this company needed a review because I was extremely impressed with John Romano’s services. As many of you know (who are or have been through) the home buying process, it can be an arduous one. My husband and I were referred to John through a friend and we are extremely glad we took this referral. I went to his website and had sent an email to request a quote and literally within minutes, he called me! Both John and his daughter (who works with him) were at the property before the scheduled appointment time. They were both extremely friendly, thorough, and beyond knowledgeable in every aspect of home inspecting. You can tell they know what they’re doing. They took over 3 hours to completely inspect the home inside and out, including the grounds. When we left the inspection we felt we had a COMPLETE understanding of the home we were purchasing. Within 24 hours John sent me an extremely impressive report of the inspection outlying everything he found, including pictures, recommendations, and references on how to resolve the issues found. We are extremely grateful for the amazing service John provided to us! I highly recommend this company!

I am writing to recommend John Romano. I am a first time home buyer and was new to each step of the process. On a friend of friends’ recommendation, I hired John Romano to do the Home Inspection. From the beginning he was very professional and explained thoroughly what to expect of the whole process. When he came to do the inspection he took the time to be extremely thorough and had me walk around with him so he could point out everything, both good and bad. When I didn’t understand something, he took the time to explain it. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. I felt as though I could trust everything he told me. I use his comprehensive inspection report not only as my guide to getting things repaired but also what the level of urgency is for each project. He had no agenda other than to help me understand the house I was purchasing and what would be entailed in home ownership.
