I have taught Home Inspections at multiple venues including New York University, Northeastern University, and the SPREI headquarters. Having personally taught hundreds of other home inspectors their trade, I am quite qualified to give you all the information you need about any home or building.

History

Established in 1976.

Founded by my father Joseph V. Scaduto in 1976 — We have always performed home inspections.

Over the course of the years — our experience, our many Home Inspection publications, and newsletters have helped to shape the industry. We have been training and certifying inspectors for many years, and have definitively made our mark on the entire Home Inspection Profession.
