I stayed here for 3 nights because of my Disney trip. It is a great walking distance from Disneyland, and a pool where you can access to. It is ‘3 streetlight’ crossing to get to Disney.
My room and bathroom were clean.
One day when I left to Disney, my room was messy. I came back after a few hours, and my bed was made and the floor was mopped clean!
Checking in was fast and simple so the wait wasn’t long.

One of worst hotel ever
The receptionist, an indian dude was super super rude and unprofessional. He put us in a shabby room where Bathroom was still undergoing maintenance. When asked why you give this room, his response was you booked from priceline and we can assign you whatever we want. And he lied he has no other room. After lot of fussing he changed to another room on different floor
After we moved in that room after taking all the luggage, without even asking our permission he just enters the room and goes inside to close another bedroom within that. When asked he was again rude and said you didn’t pay for this type of suite so I will lock the additional room. We said it’s ok, but WHY do you even enter without our permission at 11 pm in night when my wife and 2 kids already were on bed sleeping.
We asked that we want to escalate to manager, he said he doesn’t care and he is boss now in charge and wait for owners to come next day
Such a pathetic experience for me and my family. I wouldn’t recommend a family to stay here at all.
I have also taken pictures of the bathroom that was being repaired where they put us in earlier.
In name of free breakfast they give muffin. Don’t eat them. They are NOT fresh and can make you sick.
Negative remarks overall.
if the owners really want to give a solution to this problem, first step is create a quality check and FIRE the front desk guy

Great hotel for the value! I would highly recommend this place if you are just looking for a cheap place to sleep near the park. Ideal location within walking distance of Disney and the shopping center next door (Bubba Gump, Cheesecake factory, California Pizza kitchen, etc). The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our two night stay.
Loss of star for the breakfast, which should just not exist and the spa was down when we arrived.
Lastly the parking is free and it is the best set up I’ve seen in all my years of staying at the parks. It’s secluded, out of the way, large and secure.

You get what you pay for in this case. This is one of the lowest priced hotel/​motels within walking distance to Disneyland that is not scary/​1 star rated on Unilocal.
I’m pretty used to cheap motels… I really am not very picky at all. In fact, I had just stayed at the El Cortez in Downtown Vegas for $ 39/​night and thought it was fine.
This place is, ack, just not good. Everything is super old, which I understand as it’s so cheap. Cleaniness… I don’t know, I guess a 3 out of 5? It’s not dirty, but it sure looks dirty because of how old everything was.
I really wanted to give this place a 3 star because I know you have to adjust for the price of the place. The staff was very friendly and I think they know that they have to try to make up for the low quality of the rooms. However, the room that we got smelled like it was soaked with bleach. I guess I rather have that bleach smell than something dirty, but it does make me wonder what was in there before that it had to be soaked entirely with bleach. Took about one full day with the windows open to get most of the bleach smell out.
It about $ 40 more a night next door at a far nicer place… Even though we were really only in the hotel room to sleep since we were at Disneyland all day, I will definitely pay the extra $ 40/​night next time.

My boyfriend and I are Disneyland Pass holders, so we frequent the area A LOT and we’re constantly looking for the best hotel. We were down for his birthday this trip; and everything was perfect!
Such an amazing hotel. The staff was so helpful upon arrival and check in was quick and easy.
We had originally booked a 1 queen bed room and when we got there we found out we were upgraded to a king suite (no extra charge!). That was an amazing surprise and the room was HUGE. Couch was super comfy, bed was perfect, and we were able to see the Disneyland fireworks from outside our room.
They serve breakfast from 7 – 9; nothing fancy, but it was helpful to get the day started.
Quick walk to Disneyland! As well as not too far from the Cheesecake Factory and other restaurants.
When we were checking out they were super helpful too; I mentioned us not leaving the area right away and they offered to hold our luggage and said we could leave our car there too for no extra charge.
Oh wait, the pool/​hot tub! I can’t even explain how nice it was to be able to come back after a long day in the park and relax in a hot tub!
I’ve already made it clear to my boyfriend we’d be staying there every time from now on.

Will never stay here again. Toilets clogged, hangers are broken, and I got hit in the head with a plastic piece off the bathroom light. The owners did not pick up when I called after it hit me, my friend called another number and they picked up and said the wife would go upstairs. She went upstairs and looked but did nothing. Then I went to discuss the bill and the wife became hostile and claimed to offer medical assistance but did not. I was then told because I got a $ 22 discount on the overall price I was only going to receive $ 25 for my troubles. If this happened anywhere else it would have been handled differently with apologies not excuses blaming me for getting hit on the head. I do not recommend this place and will never be back!
Minus stars if possible!

I will forever be a fan of this hotel.
It’s nothing fancy, but it has everything you need! I frequent the Anaheim area, almost once a month to use my Disneyland annual pass, and this is my go-​to hotel. It’s clean, affordable, walking distance to the park, and literally has everything you need– fridge, microwave, blowdryer, A/​C, heater, etc. etc. Parking is free, the owners are so friendly and accommodating, and they even offer a basic breakfast in the early morning. I’ve dealt with the front desk several times with a few basic things– noise from the wildebeest in the room above us, more towels, key card stopped working (don’t keep it next to your cell phone!) and they are quick to resolve issues and fix what needs to be fixed. If you’re looking for an affordable hotel close to the park, this is the one!
Another bonus– the hotel is a few steps from the Anaheim Gardenwalk, a cute little outdoor mall with tons of restaurants and a movie theatre.

Overall, it’s was a great spot to be close to Disney and avoid the hassle of parking, traffic, and crowds. While the Disney hotels are great with even easier park access, they are significantly more expensive. If you’re going to go budget, this is a great option.

If You Are not picky and not used to stay in hotels. This is your hotel!
They did not change The bed sheets in The 4 nights We stayed.
The bathroom towels were almost grey colored.
Breakfast was really poor. And mostly everything old and dirty :(

This place is great!!! I drove all night and got there at 9:30am. The front desk lady was extremely nice and accommodating. She let me upgrade my room so I could check in early.
The room itself was huge! Hardwood floors. The right amount of water pressure. Very clean and very spacious. Very good value for the room. Room 206 I’ll never forget you.

We just left this hotel, went to Disneyland for 3 days. Stayed here 4 days. The staff are very nice and friendly. 5 stars for them. The room was basic, clean and more than I expected for the low price. We had a mini suite and it was perfect for our family of 4.
I’m giving them 5 stars, because they deserve it. For the price, the location and how close it is to Disneyland, I expected Bates Motel, but I was pleasantly surprised, that I made a good choice.
Stay here, but read these tips.
We brought our own towels so no complaints about the towels being rough.
Bring your own pillow
The beds are very firm so if you need soft bring zz quil.
The ac is loud but it drowns out the noise of the outside. So no problem for us after a full day at Disney the last thing we care about if ppl walking by talking. Enjoy the stay and enjoy Disneyland. They really have great rates and nothing worth a negative review.

I have used this Inn twice in order to have a place to stay while I’m visiting the disneyland parks and other places around the OC. I have stayed at the standard size king bedroom and the suite with 3 double beds.
It’s really close to disneyland. It’s near many restaurants. A lot of places are within walking distance. There is complementary breakfast, but don’t expect too much from it. The rooms are pretty clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
During my stay I saw some blood stains on the bathroom door. Which was kind of not noticeable unless you really look at and inspect the whole part. The fridge we got in the suite took about the whole day in order to have my items cold.
Also I suggest you you crank up the AC while you are staying there since it can get pretty stuffy. If you are 5’10 and above, you probably might have to bend your knees a little bit in order for the shower head to hit you.

Paid about $ 60 a night for two days during our Disney trip. The employees were very nice and let us keep our car in the parking lot. All we needed was a place to sleep, eat and shower– and that’s what we got.
Room came with AC, HD channels, fridge, microwave, hair dryer etc and an iron.
There is also a pool available as well.
24hr subway around the corner as well as pizza, Greek, Chinese, taco shop, 711 & a CVS across from the 711 all within walking distance.
Further down the street there are pricier dine in restaurants.
Took us about 10 mins maybe less to get to Disneyland.

Stayed here recently with my boyfriend when we went to Disneyland and it was great. We were there for 3 nights, and it had exactly what we needed. No more, no less.
Pros:
Nice staff
Mini fridge
Very clean room
Very close to Disneyland (which is great for tired feet)
Free parking
Very very affordable.
Cons:
Breakfast was a little small, but hey it was free.
The shower made a very high whistling noise, and the shower next door was also very loud.
Some areas in the bathroom had paint very badly peeled, but it wasn’t something I was fussed about.
Pool didn’t have what times it was open/​closed.
Other than that, it was a good stay. The pros definitely outweighed the cons, and we’re already planning to stay here again next time we go to Disneyland.

What im about to share with you will make your skin crawl.
About a month ago my family took a trip for a family reunion and Disneyland trip.
We decided to stay at this hotel. By 530pm we had checked in and were completely exhausted. So we swim in their pools, and had dinner all before we went off to Disneyland at 8 p.m.
We never once checked their bedding.
By the time we had arrived at Disneyland and rode all the rides that we could, we decided to leave Disneyland at 1 a.m.
The kids had showered and put their PJ’s on by 1:30 a.m. We tucked them into bed and we were off to bed ourselves.
Turning down the bed linens we were horrified to find «BLOOD» on the sheets soaked clean through to the mattress.
I got the kids up to look at their bed, and it was dirty as well.
GROSSED OUT I demanded to speak to the manager, he wasn’t around at 2:30am.
They moved us to a new room. By this time it was 2:45am
Exhausted and very upset I finally got to talk to the manager at 10 a.m. The next morning. All he could hand me was an I’m sorry.
This trip ruined our family reunion. Be warned when staying at this hotel, check their sheets.

For the price and location, you really can’t find a better deal. $ 59/​night with free parking, wifi, and in walking distance to Disneyland. The bathroom and the bed sheets were clean. Great water pressure in the shower.
The tiled floor in the bathroom and mini-​fridge area was sticky… I kept my shoes on the entire time after realizing that. The room had a really strong smell of cleaning products. We tried airing the room out but it still smelled strongly the entire 3 nights we stayed there which was slightly bothersome.
It’s not the best place but again, price and location people! We only slept in the room and stayed at the parks all day.

It was almost a three/​four, but I got a little irritated when I realized this:
My boyfriend and I came here months ago to see my mom and of course walk to the happiest place on earth. He informed me as we walked to D-​land that the Inn offered a free continental breakfast. I was happy about this as I knew this Inn was more on the low end of places to stay and thought «Well now, THAT, makes me feel I got my money’s worth.» We woke up and called the front desk a wee past nine and we were told it had passed.
Here’s the thing though; we were never even told there was a breakfast– my boyfriend said he read it on their business card and the ONLY reason we took a business card was because we were going to purchase the tickets to Disneyland off of the Inn’s website which was suggested by the man that runs the place– so the way I see it is, I gave this Inn my business and credit for my ticket purchases and they can’t even inform guests when breakfast is?
Sorry but I’d rather pay a lil extra somewhere else and not feel duped.
By the way, for future patrons, their continental breakfast is from 7 – 9. Don’t thank me, it’s my pleasure. Just do me a favor… Take extra servings for all the people that didn’t even know it existed.

I’m surprised this place had good reviews. I had to stay here over the weekend because all good hotels were sold out. There was a convention and Mickey’s Halloween party going on and I paid $ 288. That wasn’t worth it! This place is old, run down and it smells. I had to turn off the air conditioner because the smell was so bad and made my allergies worse. They had a stain on the carpet. I wish I brought slippers because I didn’t want to step on old carpet! Wait til you see my photos! Last night, I woke up and slept on a bug or something! They need to hire new housekeeping staff! The owners were friendly and helped us with directions but I will never stay here again.

I am shocked by how many positive reviews this place has received. We are staying this weekend and are extremely disappointed.
The grounds: fine, underwhelming, but decent. No associate at the bell desk for 15 minutes when we arrived at 10pm.
The owners hollering across the pool area and forcing entry (through a window) into a room because people had locked themselves out.
The room: Our room is right over check in area (even though we requested in advance to be in the back) and is noisy. Nothing is updated. There are stains all over the walls and cobwebs in the corners.
There were even blood stains on the bedding when we checked in — how disgusting is that? It took us 20 minutes to find someone to change it. The bed is hard as a rock.
Finally, the A/​C is musty and has two settings: on and very cold or off and hot as heck. And it smells like must and mold. Gross.
The location to disney is good, but not as good as neighboring hotels. And the price point isn’t that much cheaper. Spend $ 30 a night more and go stay at the Sheraton around.

El Cajon, CA
My husband and I actually stayed here last November, but I just realized I forgot to write a review. Look, this isn’t a fancy pants place with an eggs and bacon continental breakfast and huge, fluffy towels. What it IS, however, is a cozy and clean room with a friendly staff and free juice or coffee and donuts or danishes in the morning. We scored a deal during a busy time (Blizzcon) for less than $ 60.00 a night.
It’s close to the convention center, Disneyland, and lots of great grub. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. In fact, we were so pleased with the bargain and overall condition here, we’re gonna be staying at a sister location in another state.
