I called for service on a Tuesday and they were able to come out the very next day. Judd was very courteous and prompt and gave great recommendations for our property. The price was reasonable and I appreciated knowing the options before someone came to my house.

Called for an ant intrusion. Jud came out quoted the job and scheduled a treatment. Both appointments Jud was here when he said he’d be here. Very thorough and prompt service. I will use Dyanamic for future «maintenance» treatments. Prices seem fair, service is friendly and professional. I certainly would recommend to anyone needing help with pest control.

I am a realtor is southern ca. and I am very pleased with this company. They did everything promised and went above and beyond to make sure BOTH the sellers and the buyers were completely satisfied! This is by far the best termite company I have worked with.

These guys are wonderful. I had a huge bee infestation in the eaves that was freaking out my lawsuit jerky neighbors; placed a frantic call and Dynamic Pest was out the next day. When I got home my back patio was carpeted with dead and dying bees that I happily swept up, and more kept falling off the roof. They left a device in the eaves, and the bees are gone.
Dynamic is also the only pest control service that ends scorpions inside my house, after one application.
Customer service is friendly, and top notch; and their pricing is excellent. Love you guys!

Don’t Use Them… unless you are okay with inferior service.
Judd is rude and unprofessional. If you have the misfortune of dealing with him make sure you have a witness with you because he lies, and from my experience likes to bully women in person and through e-​mails.
Dynamic has no respect for the their clients time. After tenting our house they left the chimney spark arrester dangling, after two calls they finally came out to reattach it.
The rain-​gutters are falling off our house after the tenting also.
The repairs that were performed on our balcony had to be done a second time and still are sub-​standard.

I had bed bugs in my room and they were driving me crazy. I tried all the home remedies, but none of them worked so I sought out professional help. Judd came by and quoted me a price for just my room. I think he noticed my frustration in getting rid of the bed bugs, so he gave me a discount. After treating the room, the bed bugs were gone for about a week, but I guess some stragglers in the hard to reach areas survived. I called Judd back and he did a follow up treatment for free. This time he got them all. I was so relieved! I could finally get a good night’s sleep. Judd was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them.

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the work done on our house in February and March 2015. We had requested a termite inspection, which revealed no termites but extensive wood rot to our exterior front and back patio structures (which were attached to the house). The rot was so bad that the house would not pass a sale inspection, and was an invitation to termite infestation. Major reconstruction was called for.
Contractor Ken Miskimen spent long hours putting together a speculative reconstruction plan which convinced us that he was a professional. The contract cost was substantial, but we decided to go ahead with it.
Job supervisor Richard Walters worked for almost two months, with his support team. Richard was an outstanding worker. He worked so hard that at times I was concerned that he might overdue. His supervision was highly effective. Heavy demolition and reconstruction was done carefully. Extra effort was made to paint the new wood over every surface, to seal out new rot. He responded to my extra work requests with cheerful cooperation and no extra charge. At the conclusion of work there was no mess, no evidence of the major construction activity.
I cannot recommend Dynamic contracting capability more highly. A job well done.

Before we need pest control, I didn’t really know what would 5 stars means for this type of service. But boy did Dynamic Termite deliver on service and knowledge. We called for quote on possible bed bug infestation. When Judd (owner) came by to take a look, he took his time, searched every room, searched my luggage, and our couches and came up with nothing. What was biting me?
And how did Judd respond? I loved how honest he was about his service. He didn’t push for services we didn’t need and even suggested I check in with my OB (I’m pregnant) about possible pregnancy causes rather than pay for services we didn’t need. My husband was home and we ended up doing a check for termites since our house is over 20 years old, and unfortunately we did have termite damage. Sigh, trade one issue for another. Judd gave us options, including a deal on additional fumigation for peace of mind on the bed bugs. Since I’m pregnant, we ended up spending a little extra so I didn’t have to worry about any of it.
I got several quotes and Dynamic was mid-​range. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either.
I have a busy travel schedule for work and Judd worked with me to get tenting scheduled quickly and on dates that fit my needs. He was always available on the phone for questions or concerns.
On the day of, there was a slight miscommunication on the timing with the crew on the number of days we were tenting, but one quick call fixed it all. The crew leader took his time to explain to me what happened, and how it was resolved. Seeing I was pregnant, he also offered to help me carry some heavy items out to my car while I was packing up to leave!
2.5 days later we came home and it was all done.
Simple. Easy. Piece of termite cake.

I met the owner Judd who literally took the time to inspect every inch of my house (unlike the last pest control company that came out). He was very patient, courteous and thorough, you could tell that he is a man that pride himself of his job. He worked with me in regards to cost, gave me information and DVD on how to store my items during the tenting process, was even kind enough to let me know other issues that may be of importance seeing that I’m a first time home owner. He fixed all the blemishes and damages done to the house that I thought another termite company had taken care of. Overall, the company is very professional and stands alone in their field. You get what you paid for and this isn’t anything short of a great job. He was easy to work with, responding in text, email and phone calls quickly. It’s hard to find good honest help most of the time, this is the exception. No wonder he has excellent reviews. Thank you dynamic and Judd for making my house whole again. I feel relieved that my house is safer, and insect free!

Love Dynamic Termite– i’ve been a realtor for 10 years and i’ve never come across a termite termite team that is so responsive and able to get the job done on time. I greatly appreciate how attentive Jud and his team are in taking care of their clients needs.

My review is very similar to Jim C… just 6 months later. I made an appt to have Dynamic come out to do an inspection. I also got Ramon. My window was 3−5p. I get a call at 4p from Ramon saying he was «on his way». I inquire as to approx. how many min. He tells me 30 – 40 min. He gets to my house at 4:45p. Yes he was within his time frame, good for him. But if you’re given a time frame you’d like it to be closer to the start or middle than the very end! Plus it’s my very first impression of this company. Promise me a time, impress me!
Ramon takes so long to get out of his truck I had to meet him outside. He didn’t have anything on him when he introduced himself, no ladder, no work order board.
I show him a bag of flying termites that I had collected from my floor earlier in the day when they came inside. With barely a glance he tells me I definitely need tent fumigation. I asked him if he was going to inspect my house, he says «sure I’ll take a look around». He never went inside my house, didn’t do any attic or garage inspections. I told him I wanted a quote for the tenting. He goes back towards his car and maybe 8 min later he gives me a price.
All in all his total «inspection» time at my house was less than 15 min. He was gone by 5p! Dude I know it’s Friday close to your quitting time but I’m sure if your bosses wanted you to try to get my business, you should have tried harder!
No bueno! No thanks!

SEVEN ESTIMATES
I got seven estimates on two different properties. I did not go with this company.
YES. get at least 3 estimates. I’m upset that each one of my SEVEN (7) estimates were very different… there isn’t any real standard or uniformity in this business… you’ll see.
This group sent me Jorge Guadarrama… a really nice guy… helpful… on time… answered my questions… However: he expectantly brought his daughter (home schedule conflict) and seemingly rushed through our home… missed a lot of termite damaged spots that the other companies /​estimators found. He only honed in on the places I pointed out to him.
Pricing was more expensive than others also.

We recentlly sold out home and found out we had termites, go figure… Anyway, we got 3 estimates from 3 different companies. Dynamic Termite & Pest Control was one of the companies that provided us with an estimate. While they were not the lowest bid, nor the highest, we went with them because Jud the owner, was very honest and open with us. In addition, we have 3 dogs and they are our babies, he and his crew were very aware of the importance of not letting out the dogs. Overall they job took longer than expected, but not because of Dynamic but because we had major termite damage, which was all taken care of and the results were amazing. Of course, we don’t live there anymore, but we know that the new owners will have NO issues.

i called. needed a second opinion on my termite issues during escrow. Judd came right away. cleared up any doubt and gave us a full report. I have used them before for termite inspection and pest control. ALWAYS super friendly, clean. and ON TIME so important to me!

Termites Killed. Schwartzeneger Style!
Simple and Sweet.
I called, they came, they killed and they left. Reasonable prices and fast and prompt service. They are pleasant to deal with and very informative. They are responsive to questions. Two and a half days and it’s done.
Very limited interactions has me liking this. No pressure selling and efficient and on time service.
I am a fan!

I set up an appointment for inspector Ramon to come out to do a free estimate on a single-​family home. The «dispatcher» gave us a window of 2pm-​4pm on a Thursday.
Thursday comes around and… guess what… no Ramon. About 6pm, there’s a knock and Ramon from Dynamic Termite & Pest Control is at the door. No phone call, 2 hours late… and he gives me some bs about the office was supposed to call me to say that Ramon was running late.
No thanks. I told Ramon that I’ll be doing business with a Termite company that respects the customer and earns their business.
(And yes, a different company not only gave us a 1 hour window and showed up on time, but took the time to educate us on what to look for… i.e. what a business should be like. They didn’t rush through anything.)

I was selling my house in early 2014 and did not want to take the real-​estate agent’s recommended termite company. So I called four companies. Three of them sounded either unfriendly (defensive?) or offered free estimates. I rejected the free estimates because I wonder if there really is such a thing as a free lunch.
Dynamic’s inspection was $ 95, which sounded reasonable to me. Jorge came to my home and was courteous and did a thorough inspection. He determined that I only had a fungus problem with my balcony deck boards (5 plank boards and 1 joist). The estimate for replacement was about $ 900, which I thought was high, so I did the work myself.
Upon doing the work myself, I realized how much work it was: The old boards had about 120 nails that needed to be unnailed. The other hard part of the job was to replace the one rotted joist without having to lift any of the planks that did not need replacement. The entire job was to be done 11 feet high off the ground. All I’m saying here is that their estimate for repairing the deck was not at all unreasonable, but I could only believe that by finding out the hard way.
I told my listing agent that I would do the «Section 1» deck fixes myself. He argued with me, «You should let the company do it. Then they will approve their own work for sure.» I argued back to him that I thought both individuals to whom I spoke at Dynamic were honest individuals, and that I did not think they would be that petty, punitive or greedy.
So, after repairing the deck myself, Jorge came back to a re-​inspection (the re-​inspection fee was $ 50). I was nervous because the real-​estate agent implied I might get the screwgee here. Jorge spotted one unreplaced plank that still had fungus! (Whether this was not spotted the first time, or indeed spotted but I failed to replace it, I am not sure.) He said, «Do me a favor, just gouge out the soft wood with a screwdriver, then put in some wood filler.»
Summary: Nice, courteous, HONEST, reasonable, not punitive, not greedy.
