I priced out tickets on GotToGet Tickets and Stubhub. It appeared that the price was significantly less than Stubhub, but the fees were not included in the price. (They are in Stubhub). After the fees were added on the GotToGet Tickets base price, the cost was about the same. Unfortunately others’ negative reviews on GotToGet Tickets regarding rudeness and poor service were the deciding factor in purchasing my tickets at Stubhub. That said, I have to acknowledge that there are far more four and five star ratings for GotToGet Tickets than there are one or two stars.

Called this place and she sounded very shady. Don’t trust her. she was very rude over the phone and hung up on me. also heard she has been selling fake tickets. please move on to other company.

I am updating this review to reflect that my deposit was refunded in a timely manner.

Used GTGT a few times and Brenda is always great. She’s super nice, very helpful and always ready and willing to help out if there’s any problems.

I reserved tickets from this site in October, for a disneyland trip in December. I paid the fee and got a confirmation. I later receieved an email saying I was getting a refund on my order. I called and the lady was very rude, she hung up on me twice. She didnt have any more child tickets available and when I told her I would just buy a child ticket at the door she yelled and said she wouldnt do business with me. I am still having a hard time trying to get my deposit back. There are alot of discount ticket places available and this is the WORST. She has absolutley no customer service and a VERY BAD ATTITUDE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

We are vacationing in the area and my daughter wanted to go to Disneyland. I looked for tickets and found Got to Go. I sent the online and called Brenda to see if they have the order and she answered and told me to come in the morning. As everyone was a little skeptical but knew about the gas station. We were met by Brenda and was extremely nice explained everything and how it works. I would recommend paying cash so you do not have to pay the 2.5% fee.
Arrived and Disneyland and went to the line and was inside in 5 minutes. The moment of truth came early as Radiator Springs had a line for fast Pass stood there and got a fast pass immediately. No problems changed parks and had a great time.
The biggest problem we had was make sure you take Ball road to return the tickets.
I will definitely be back and will see Brenda and will tell my friends.

Originally found them on Craig’s List. Excellent service. The woman who runs it, I think her name is Brenda, is cordial and professional and helpful. I needed a way to save money and this helped a lot. Takes a little effort but well worth it.

This was my first time using GotToGet Tickets and the service was a great! I used their service with a couple of other friends to get tickets to Disneyland. I recommend their services to anybody looking for a simple and quick process. I will definitely go through GotToGet Tickets again!

GotToGetTickets is very reliable. I’ve gotten my tickets from here the past couple of times I’ve gone to Disneyland/​CA Adventure. Brenda is very easy to contact and work with. The location is also convenient, being right down the street from the parks. I highly recommend it!

Heard about GotToGetTickets from a friend who used it before. My three friends and I all got the park hoppers and everything went smoothly. We paid cash, quick and easy… Then dropped off the tickets at the end of the day.
Great discount compared to how much tickets cost at the park! Can’t wait to come here again.

Last time we wanted to go to Disneyland, a bunch of my friends told me i HAD to go to this place. So I listened, and I reserved tickets with Brenda. My whole experience that day was seamless, everything went by smoothly, and I was so glad I listened to my friends recommendations.

DO NOT EVER USE GOT TO GET TICKETS. They are nothing but liars I ordered tickets from Brenda and received a text the same day July 7, 2012 saying she will have my tickets ready on ⁷⁄₂₁ at 7:30 am I got there on Friday 20^th and stopped by her office and no one was their so I called her no answer and then I texted her and she replied sorry I need to cancel for tomorrow. She was so rude and I will do everything I can do to make sure people do not go through the stress my family had to go through.

My boyfriend, John and I have been coming to this place, now known as «gottogettickets» for the past 3 years. We are from the bay area and come to visit Disneyland every summer (and some winters!) the same time of year to celebrate our anniversary.
Brenda has always been the one to accommodate our needs. She has been there from the beginning and she continues to exceed our expectations. Being on a budget, we depend on her tickets to save us a considerable amount of money! We usually go for 2 single day park hopper passes at Disney and we easily save close to $ 100, amazing! Brenda prompts us for our trip to Disney with clear, easy instructions. We follow them and have never had one issue with our passes. I am more than pleased with this service and I will gladly come back for more!
Also a trip to Disney without an annual visit with Brenda would not be the same ultimate experience! We look forward to her warm, cheery company and we will definitely keep coming back!

Purchased tickets from Brenda yesterday morning to spend the day at the park with my family. We had wonderful customer service Brenda is a wonderful lady and was very quick and helpful, I have purchased tickets several times from the same building and Brenda was the best! I will only use «Get tickets to go» in the future! We had no problems at the gate scanned our tickets and in we went. Thanks again Brenda for the wonderful service!!!

On January 2012, we bought tickets for Disneyland through a place called
in Anaheim. The lady’s name was Brenda. She is a very nice lady. She gave us an awesome deal. The best deal I could find anywhere. They were basically half price. We bought four tickets. I was so happy with this company. We knew that would use them again sometime. And we did. We just got back from Disneyland again this week. The prices at Disneyland have recently gone up, as we already knew about. But once again, Brenda got us (5 of us) a really great deal. She is truly the best. Her son is also a really good guy as well. I’m so happy that I found this company. They are real stand up people, who couldn’t be any nicer. I will always use them, and refer them to everyone interested.

My friends & I have used OC Ticketland, also known as Got To Get Tickets three times in the past. The lady who runs it is named Brenda and she is very friendly and accommodating at the last minute. We were able to get in and use the tickets without any problems and saved around $ 50 per person. I’ve used this company a few times in the past, most recently last week, and I would advise you to use her ticket services in the future. This is probably the easiest & most inexpensive way to get into Disneyland. I highly recommend using this!

This place is also known as Got TO Get tickets. DO NOT USE THIS LADY. Her name is brenda & she is RUDE & very unprofessional. From the moment we entered from the moment we left it was horrible customer service.
The entire process took about 45 minutes where I had to constantly rewrite the the names about 4 times & watch her prepare the tickets because she was not organized or prepared.
She also decided to help the customer behind us first & then blamed us at the end of the process for customers leaving because she took to long to prepare our tickets because she let her son off for the day!
Not only was she rude but she also threatened us.
I wanted to get the tickets & get out of there. USE another source it’s not worth the hassle with this vendor.

I bought 4 Disneyland park hoppers through this company a couple years ago after finding them on Craigslist.
The lady (can’t remember her name) with a cute accent, was very friendly and very detail-​oriented. She had great communication and made the process very smooth. The office was very close to the park and easy to find with the directions she provided. Once we got there, she fully explained how to use the tickets and the fact that if we didn’t return the tickets on time or if they were in bad condition, there would be a full ticket charge since she wouldn’t be able to use them anymore. She supplied us with little plastic baggies for the tickets and put them in tiny envelopes so that we could keep them dry and in tact. (Very accommodating), We had no problems with the tickets or the process and had an awesome time at the parks.
I am going back to Disneyland next month and I was trying to find her again on Craigslist, but she’s not on there anymore. It’s too bad. I really would have liked to do business with someone I know I can trust rather than crossing my fingers and hoping the next place will be as easy to deal with.

I found their ads on craigslist for «Disneyland discount tickets.» They advertised park-​hopper tickets (Disneyland and CA Adventures) for $ 55. They are normally about $ 100 so I thought I’d give them a shot.
It’s run by a lady by herself from a small but cute little office above a Chevron station at the Disneyland exit off the I-​5. I went to the door and she buzzed me in. Funny enough but there were 3 other ticket sales companies at the exact same location in different office suites doing the same thing. Anyhow, I liked the lady. She was chatty but nice. The tickets were paper tickets. I paid her cash (only payment option) and took the tickets. She took a Xerox of my driver’s license and credit card for security reasons in case of theft or loss of the tickets.
I had a good day at both parks and returned it in a drop box around 10 pm. Assuming that I don’t get any mysterious charges to my credit card, I was pretty happy with the service and would use them again. The loss of 1 star was because of the cash only policy and because they have a Xerox of my card, but I guess hotels now keep your credit card info on file so it’s the same thing really.
