2 and a half stars! lol! Love this place the people here are real nice, and never messed up my order!

Why do these people ask me to back up every time I’m in the drive thru? If you’re working with a timer why don’t you process my order in the alloted amount of time instead of making my life inconvenient? Really annoying. Oh and don’t even bother trying to refuse to back up, you’ll get so much attitude that you’ll question who is paying who.

The service is decent as usual but the food was particularly disgusting.
Disgustingly disgusting. I ordered the number two. Bacon Swiss burger so they say. The meat tastes like bratwurst and the cheese tastes rotten. Most disgusting thing I’ve ever had and usually enjoy what I order at jack. The meal was not worth $ 9 when the burger is the size of a McDonald’s cheeseburger.
I wouldn’t even take the chance of going back and getting something more disgusting in return. Money just went down the drain. Never eating jack again after this experience.

We decided to grab a quick bite for breakfast before heading out to San Diego and for some reason decided this was the spot to go to. The food was typical Jack in The Box (ya know just kinda above the line of typical fast food). The place wasn’t that clean and overall there were some strange characters coming in and out. Definitely, stumbled across this place and it was definitely a more rough side of town. Would not recommend coming here when it gets dark! It was pretty sketch even at 11am in the afternoon!

Everytime I go to this location they think light ice means fill cup full of ice. No one there is smart enough.

The food was good, I got my food how I wanted it and they were able to take my order nice and smoothly. I don’t like how they don’t have a screen to look at what you’re ordering, at least when I went. And also the service was HORRIBLE, the one on ball and dale always make small talk
With me and at this jack they couldn’t wait to get rid of me. I came up to the window and she just read me my price and snatched my card from and when she gave it back she didn’t even look at me. I shook it off, maybe she was having a bad day. She gave me my order and I said thanks have a nice day and she closed the window in my face? Good job to the cook making my

Just went through the drive-​thru and ordered the mango smoothie.
They took a really long time to make a single smoothie… And the smoothie was gross. The taste is really artificial and way too sweet. For $ 3.49, I was expecting something a little better…

No bacon for 4 orders smh.
Orders only had sausage. I get messing up 1 or 2 orders but 4? people aren’t working

This place never cooks their jalapeño poppers all the way through. I’ve been up since 5am throwing up. Thanks a lot. Never coming here again. And as soon as I get my doctors note I’m coming back for my money.

always getting the order wrong, they should double check the order before they hand it to the customer and they should get some customer service class really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The service here has always been consistently good. Food quality is on par with all jack n the box joints. I always get the tacos and large drink for a $ 1. My recommendation for best budget value :2 tacos for a buck, chicken sandwich, and big platter.

This location. Oh boy!
I only go in the drive thru, nothing else. And it also ranges from ²⁄₃ or later AM. This is my spot when I’m with the SO and we are hungry or someone has the drunk munchies. He gets his Mexican fix from Albertos across the street and I get all fancy with my Jack in the Crack.
Depending on how late it is. there’s barely a wait or stacks of cars in line. I too often get the chicken strips. Not too bad when I dunk those babies in ranch and their «secret sauce». Everything has been up to par for me at least. Nothing too crazy.
BUUUUTTT. I did have this situation where I asked for secret sauce twice and one of the guys just gave me taco sauce. *WAHHH. But its okay my fries are always «fresh&hot»

I normally always go to this jack in the box since it’s so close by my house. But if I were you I would try to avoid the drive thru especially during busy hours. The employee who was taking our order had difficulty understanding us. Maybe a new worker idk. But we ordered fries and he understood Sprite. We also asked for barbecue sauce and we repeated it twice at the window and he kept thinking we said hot sauce. So my mom just said yeah.
Our order was long so we had to wait. While waiting I noticed we didn’t order a drink. We wanted fries. So I go inside to tell them and the cashier was friendly. He said to keep the drink (it was a large) and he got me the fries and I also asked for barbecue sauce because if I wouldn’t have asked we wouldn’t have gotten them. So 3 stars for the cashier for fixing the problem.
Oh yeah, I forgot. We got no receipt!

I give this Jack in the box a 5 star on the service alone. I go through this drive thru abotu 3 times at the most a week and I am greeted with wonderful service every time. I don’t know who does the hiring but they seem to find the best people to work the drive thru. I have not been in the restuarant but I have to say this one is a winner. It’s the normal good jack in the box food and it’s always made right. I like that this one doesn’t raise their prices like others. If you want service with a smile and then hit this place up.

I ordered a jr. bacon cheeseburger, and it was dee-​licious! I’ve never had a better one from Jack in the Box. Everything came out piping hot, and I enjoyed it much more than the Jack in the Box down the street on Ball and Dale. I’ll definitely be coming back here as opposed to the other one.

Normally, I reserve fast food restaurants for road trips or late night dining when everything else is closed.
However, this time I made an exception because I was starving and because I had a bad experience at a neighboring Hawaiian style restaurant that left me wanting to kill someone.
So, I figured I’d do myself in by getting me some unhealthy food and even some soda.
As far as the staff — they weren’t rude or unprofessional and the food was Jack in the Box quality. Unhealthy but good enough. They also got my order right. Inexpensive and fast. Like all the others I’ve been to seem to be.

Less than satisfied. The food is always cold and if go thru the drive-​thru the order is 99.9% wrong. Don’t waist your time or money at this location!

2 tacos for $ 0.99!?! I’ll take 20! Curly Fries dipped in House Dressing. Sourdough Jacks hold the ketchup. This ain’t exactly gourmet meals coming out of the window. You can’t go wrong with some good Jack in the Box.

I like the occasional meal from Jack in the Box but this location is missing something. Maybe it’s the fact it’s filled with crazy people that are eye ballin’ my kidneys to sell on the black market… maybe it’s that guy wearing a helmet drooling on himself… maybe it’s that guy covered in prison tats just waiting to shank me in the gut… but something just isn’t right about this location.
I came with a coupon for a free chicken fajita pita if you purchase a large drink. After the geriatric cashier read the coupon for what felt like eternity he rang me up. I also added an eggroll to the order. I took it to go since I was scared for my life. I’ve had the pita sandwich before and always thought it tasted good. First thing I noticed was the salsa that comes with the pita was missing. Next I noticed all the lettuce was just sitting in the wrapper… wasn’t even in the pita. Then I see 40% of the pita was torn off and just chillin’ right next to the lettuce… wtf?! The pita had zero flavor. Just tasted like stale pita bread and nothing else. Thank god it was free. Eggroll on the other hand tasted just like every other location which means it kicked arse. Full of veggies and fried golden brown. Like always I never wait for it to cool down and it scorched the roof of my mouth. Luckily the sheets of skin peeling off my mouth have more flavor than my pita sandwich.
The large drink is the most massive cup I’ve ever seen. My hand can’t even grip the effing thing, the cup holder in my car can’t even accommodate its massive girth… after finishing it my kidneys were wishing they had been cut out and sold to the black market.
