Beware of this company!
They are charging me for services that they did not perform after I canceled my service with them.
Wow! Just minutes after posting this, I got a call from an unknown caller screaming at me and using the «F» word saying «oh, now you are bad mouthing me on Unilocal.I’m going to put a lien on your house, I have put liens on a lot of other people’s houses, check and see, you better watch your step».
My recommendation is to not do business with this company.
Ps: I did call the police after that person called.

After taking care of my pool for 40 years, I know when something is correct or not. Leaving on vacation I wanted a company that did a good job and hired Orange County Pool and Spa. BIG MISTAKE. I returned and found yellow algae in parts of the pool, this is after I completely removed that problem four weeks before. I waited to meet the pool service man and found that he spoke so little English that communication was not very good. He decided to open the filter and clean it, WITHOUT BACKWASHING IT FIRST. He then wanted to dump the DE into my flower bed and I said NO. Told him to clean it in the street. He did that and left a big mess in the street and on my property. Additionally, after putting the filter back together, it LEAKS.
I called the office and all they suggested was to send another person out. I said you had ONE CHANCE and you blew it. You are done.

Avoid this firm. They provide mediocre service, and bill incorrectly.

Very rude and dis honest… the pool techs have no clue how to diagnose a problem. They just guess and bill u… pls dont use… u will b very disappointed. .some one needs to monitor this company. .and when u have a complaint they dont care and will say u did something it wasn’t our staff. …real professional. .this company is a real joke… the one thing that reslly upset me was the pool tech… well the moron didnt put the pump lid on tight and caused my pump to b ruined. …thks…again. b carfull if u give these clowns a chance …

This company was hired to drain our pool and we agreed to pay $ 200 for them to do that. They were also paid to repair our filter. They dropped the pump into the pool. Shortly thereafter the pump quit working and shut down the GFCI outlets in our house so that we could not use them in the kitchen and bathrooms… so we called them and called them and called them. Finally, we hired and paid someone else to do the job. They finally turned up and complained that our dogs chewed up their extension cord and said they had been calling us but their number never showed up on our cell phones. They stated that the dogs chewing their extension cord was why the pump quit. That is not a good excuse for ignoring our calls… We gave them another extension cord even though we knew that the dogs did not chew their cord. It was a very ratty cord when they brought it over. We stored their equipment for a week after the new company removed it from our pool and put a working pump into the pool. They were paid the $ 89 for the work they did but have filed a mechanics lien because they want to be paid for the work they did not do. Don’t get involved with this company. There are lots of good companies to deal with.

Shady business. We called to ask for a formal estimate cost of fixing the pool for the appraiser. Brian came but only gave me an email of repair cost instead of a formal one which I can’t use. I called them again and they promised that I’ll get a formal one at the end of the day which never arrive. Then they stopped picking up my calls. Tried to call for 3 days and left 5 msgs but they never bother to return calls. I should have known since they don’t have any physical address listed on their site. Waste of $ 100 on a fraud shady scamming business.
