I used this company for 2 years. I never had a problem with the equipment. They were understanding when I had issues paying the monthly rent fee and worked with me. Only complaint is when I submitted a request for pick up when I moved I never heard back. I called and left a message and still never heard back. I finally emailed the manager who in return told me that I never submitted a request for pick up nor left a message but was still able to schedule for the day I needed it picked-up. Eh. I guess you win some and you lose some.

Had a terrible experience with this company. My fiancée rented us a fridge from this company. The fridge was fine. We decided after 10 months that we were going to buy one. We organised a return with Theresa to which we had no responses after our initial correspondence. We organised a pickup on the 15th of the month. On the 13th of the month they sent their driver to collect while no one was at the house. The driver waited an hour while Theresa decided to blow up my fiancées phone with 10 missed calls and an email to say we are being billed $ 60 for the inconvenience of the driver waiting while no one was home! HAHAHAHA! Yeah right Theresa, were gonna pay that DUH! After contacting her again to inform her that the pick up was on the 15th not the 13th and we will not be paying the bill, she proceeded to try and charge an old expired card she had on record. This resulted in our bank contacting us regarding fraudulent activity on our account. We had to get some incurred charges waved due to this silly stunt. Thanks Theresa! Your company is terrible and I hope you manage to pull your head out of your sphincter in time to stop it going under! Warm Regards! Luke Johnson!
