These guys do what you need done quickly and cost effectively. What else do you need. It is certainly worth a couple of appointment snafus.

These guys are awful! They came out and gave me an estimate and told me they would call me in approx. 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, i called them to ask when they would be coming out. They told me it would be an additional 3 weeks! I cancelled, and now I have to start over from scratch. What a waste of time.

We had 2 trees removed and they did a fantastic job. They were quick and efficient with cutting the two trees and grinding the stumps. They cleaned up my yard and the adjoining neighbors yard perfectly. And they were one of the cheapest quotes I got (out of the 5).
Although I agree with other reviews that the calls with this company can be frustrating, I am really glad I used them (recommended by a friend). They were late and not good at calling back at first when estimating, but they were on time and ready for the job when the time came to cut the trees

We had two appointments set with this company to come by and give us an estimate. The first time, no show. We called and were told the guy had a flat tire. We rescheduled for a second try. Second time, no show again. No call to let us know they would be late or need to reschedule either time. We had to call them to find out why they didn’t show up and and didn’t call. We will NOT be trying for a third strike with this company.

He arrived on time. Got my tree removed within a couple of hours. he cleaned up the garden when done as if the tree had never been there.
I wanted a stump to be left to use as a table but he had accidentally removed everything so he gave me a discount too.

Fast, professional and reasonable price. Did the work when they said they would and cleaned up after they were done. Did 2 houses for me– removed a tree at each and trimmed some trees at one house. No hassle, great people.

I had these guys out to do a 35 foot pine and a 45 foot eucalyptus. Really good price (compared to two other bids). They came out and accidentally caused some damage to the neighbor’s patio cover. Angel (owner?) totally stood up and discounted the damage from my invoice so I could pay the neighbor. I’ll be calling this Stand-​up company in the future. BTW they are licensed and insured and BBB.

By far the best bid we received & extremely satisfied with the tree service. Nice folks, nice price, nice work… Will definitely call again next time.

Excellent, fast work at a very reasonable price.
My neighbors used these guys to trim their podocarpus and fruit trees and said they did great work at great prices. I needed four trees trimmed and topped (two podocarpus and two camellias) and one big tree removed and stumped. I called for an estimate, the owner came out the same day, and he quoted me a price that was more than fair – no bargaining required.
We set up a day, and the crew of three arrived at 8AM with a big truck towing a scary looking wood chipper. They asked a few questions about my preferences for trimming the trees and then got to work. Two hours later, they were gone, having trimmed the trees exactly as I wanted, having cut down a very large China Doll tree and chopping out its stump by hand, having removed all the clippings, and having swept up all the mess.
The guys were polite and professional, and the one guy who did the trimming knew how to properly shape the trees so they looked good. I couldn’t be happier, and I’ll be calling them again in six months to keep things from getting out of control again.

These guys gave me a good estimate (much lower than my previous), came when they said they would, did nice work trimming trees back from the roof and clearing deadwood, and were always professional. I would recommend this service!
