Papa John’s Pizza

Was just delivered the hottest most delicious pizza and garlic parm sticks ever!!! And not to mention the gal who delivered it was soo amazingly nice! She was happy to deliver and was even happier thAt i tipped her!!! If u arent tipping your delivery drivers, how dare you!!! :) also included all the extra sauces we ordered! Just everything was perfect and sooo hot and fresh! Yum :)

I ordered from here because it was the closest pizza place I literally live two blocks away. Shame on me for not wanting be to leave my house and be lazy and maybe it was karma but it took over an hour to get my pizza. Obviously my pizza was cold. But I was like whatever my love for pizza is stronger than this so I ordered again about a month later. I learned my lesson last time and ordered it for carry out this time. I walked in and got ignored so I got sick of standing and sat down on the one bench in the place. I was feeling patient so I just sat and watched them as they blasted music, ignored me, and then I watched them make pizza, walk to the phone and take orders and punch them in on their computer and then go right back to making pizza like it was no big deal. The same computer and phone the cashier touches, if there even is a cashier position, who touches money and cards which have been EVERYWHERE. This place is a health Hazard and not professional at all. Save your self and just order from Alaska pizza company

I’m a delivery driver for this location every morning but Monday’s (which I’m at boniface). I make great pizzas and deliver fast feel free to order up and I’ll bring it piping hot. Hope to see you soon

Ordered 56 $ worth of pizza online. Confirmation came through saying it would be 50 minutes. After waiting an hour we called them. They stated it was just getting out of the oven and was on the way, roughly 15 minutes. An hour later my boyfriend calls and is put on hold. He waits on the phone 16 minutes and I decided to call. I told the lady he’s been on hold 16 minutes and we’ve been waiting over two hours. If it was getting out of the oven an hour prior it wouldn’t be warm after an hour. It finally arrived about ten minutes later and we were comped the price. They only had one person working in the store and one driver poor management. I feel bad for the two running the show. 2 hours and 10 minutes later we ate luke warm pizza

First time ever ordering papa johns. I was in the area so I thought why not. I walk in and the person in back says she’ll be with me in a min. I wait and wait and almost walk out then she finally takes my order. Her face is dripping with sweat, she wipes it with her shirt. It was obviously busy. She mentioned there’s only one cook and one driver. At this point I wish I walked out. Pizza was mediocre. But with every bite all I can think about was her sweat.

Ordered a pizza from here. Found a rock in the crust and my sister nearly broke her tooth on it. I called the store and the the apparent manager (Sylvia or Lovely) answered. I told her what happened and she told me that she could not believe that they would put a rock in our pizza. She went further on to say that I needed to drive up to the store and show proof that there was a rock in there. She even further implied that we might have put the rock in ourselves. She was beyond rude and clearly has no regard for customer service nor quality control. Lucky for us, this is not the first complaint against this manager and corporate is aware of the issues!

Ordered online at 3:06, said it would be 30 – 40 min… An hour and 40 min later my pizzas just showed up barely warm… Not worth $ 33 I called after an hour and a half and was put on hold and they never returned

11÷30÷12 Everyone who ate pizza got sick & threw up, some for hours. Previous times were generally at least all around OK. 4 days later I have not recovered completely from the vomiting and so now we are officially done with Papa Johns.

Not a bad place to pick up an occasional pizza or have one delivered. Most of the employees are friendly and they make a pretty good pie. That being said it is expensive and it is a corporate place. They often times don’t have the national specials either.
