Sicily’s Pizza

While the sauce and toppings are on par with other places, the crust is greasy and rather bland. It also doesn’t help that the crust is thicker, and therefore a larger part of the eating experience. Not bad though, good for parties

We’ve ordered from this location a couple times now. The first time we just ordered a Mama Mia regular pizza and I was surprised as it was actually good. Not the best I’ve ever had but better so far than other pizza places on muldoon we’ve ordered from. This last time I ordered a Mama Mia stuffed crust pizza and to be honest I was really disappointed. It doesn’t have a good taste to it, it’s really bland. I will not order it next time and just stick to the regular crust. We also order cheese cakes and we were given the tiramisu, which was good but not what we wanted. It’s kind of my fault for not checking when I picked it up, but it wasn’t a huge deal. When we ordered for delivery the waiting time was average for delivery places. The staff was okay, nothing negative to say about them.
I did not receive a confirmation email and had to call to see if my order was ready. This seems to be common. Overall our experience with this location has been alright and we will probably order from here when we want pizza.

Ordered online, never received the confirmation email. Called and delivery was supposed to be 45 minutes from order. 1 hour and 10 minutes later pizza arrived without the extra topping I ordered and the XL was only two pieces each for 4 people. Costco pizza is larger for a comparison. Back to Papa Murphys or Muldoon Pizza.

Well I ordered from here a couple of weeks ago late in the evening but never got our order! We ordered again and again they missed up on my mans order! Pls believe me their food is awesome but the service sucks! I’m so tired of every order being wrong:(

Ordered a pizza last night and missed the delivery driver. Called them up today and they were more than happy to cook me up another one. Say what you will about the food (which by the way I find delicious) but when it comes to customer service they excel at it. :)

If there was an award for the most God-​awful, horrendous pizza ever concocted in the known universe than Sicily’s ‘so called pizza’ would win unequivocally. As if the onslaught of their relentless advertisements via television and radio weren’t bad enough, when one samples the actual product the experience is entirely dreadful on a scale unimaginable. I would not wish this pizza on my worst enemy. If you think I’m exaggerating than be my guest, order from them and see for yourself. You’ll get what you pay for. A twelve dollar gut bomb pizza and eventual projectile diarrhea. Any of the local pizza chains would be better than the round disk of depression you’ll get from Sicily’s. I honestly don’t know how this franchise has managed to thrive in Anchorage, let alone anywhere. I guess people in Alaska are willing to sacrifice quality and pay for cheap pizza instead of shelling out a few extra dollars for good pizza. Stay away from this place! You’ve been warned!

Everytime I order, there’s always a 2 hour wait! Even sent one of my pizzas to Fairbanks… lowsy customer service. Always rude when I call to ask how much linger will I have to wait. Never ordering from here again!

Ordered from here because they deliver to JBER. My husband and I thought it was pretty good, definitely better than reviews made it out to be. Our pizza was cooked properly and arrived in about 45 min. Not the best we’ve ever had but no complaints. Plus they are open 24 hours a day.
