Business Owner

Michael Segreve and Larry Hall teamed up over twenty years ago and began their work in the insurance industry. While Larry studied finance at UMass Lowell and Michael studied business administration at Suffolk University, they both received their certifications and graduate degrees from the American College.

They are both committed to their clients, assuring personal attention to commercial and personal accounts alike.

Wanting to do more for his clients, Michael later started his work in the financial industry establishing Compass Financial, managing investments, education accounts, and retirement plans.

I recently contacted more than a half dozen home insurance providers for a quote prior to closing on my first home. I found that Segreve & Hall Insurance Associates (and A.J. Duarte in particular) were the fastest to respond, with competitive rates and helpful explanations of coverage. They made the process of getting home insurance as easy as possible, and I was very pleased with their professionalism and friendly manner– so I recently switched my car insurance through them too. (Sean Segreve assisted, and he was also a delight.) Highly recommended!

I am a long time extremely happy Segreve and Hall customer. We started with auto only and quickly moved all our insurance needs over. Great service processing claims, great follow through on claims and resolution, and very helpful answering questions about particular coverage. Our auto coverage is particularly time consuming given the coming and going of college age drivers, and the team at Segreve and Hall always provides fast response and friendly service. We have worked with other agencies, but none have compared in regards to service and proper handling of my needs like Segreve and Hall.

I think we can all agree that nobody enjoys spending hours at the registry, waiting in line all day. When I met with Sean, he mentioned that all that tedious work would be taken care of so it was really a no brainer for me. They have now done it on two separate vehicles for me. Not only have they saved me time and money, but they have also saved me from the aggravation that I would have surely gotten if I had gone elsewhere. We recently moved to MA from CA and needed insurance for the condo we just purchased on our vehicles. After contacting about a half dozen insurance agents, we were most impressed with the prompt attentiveness we received from Segreve and Hall Insurance Associates.
We have had the privilege to engage with a number of the representatives at the agency including one of the principles — Larry Hall. Larry and Cheryl Hall handled our home owners policy for the condo we recently purchased. Cheryl Hall and Wendy Coughlin worked with us to structure auto policies that were appropriate for the age of our vehicles, driving experience and records and cost effective deductible. Patrick Hall went the extra mile and added the personal touch only a locally owned company can provide. He handled the RMV transactions and delivered us our registrations and new plates. I challenge you to find another agency out there that provides that level of Customer Service.
