OUR body massage combines gentle, deep tissue kneading with compatible Chinese acupressure techniques. The goal is to promote healing of inflamed tissues, to relieve associated aches and pains, and to help endocrine and parasympathetic nervous systems to function properly.

Clients remain clothed as we work head toe. Each area is revisited multiple times during a session, drawing upon a broad repertory of techniques.

In the art of reflexology, the controlled application of pressure to hands or feet helps the body to relax, muscle spasms to release their painful grip, tensions and anxieties to melt away.
