Description

Specialties

We are located in the Historic City of Anna Maria, a quaint «Old Florida» area on the north end of Anna Maria Island. At Ginny’s & Jane E’s you will hear the sound of people enjoying a meal together with their friends and neighbours. Our store is a unique collection of local art and antiquities. We also provide beach supplies, like suntan lotion, sunglasses, flip flops and other items to help you have fun and stay comfortable while at the beach. Our café and bakery offers you a great assortment of delicious breakfast items, and lunch items, plus we offer homemade muffins, turnovers, cinnamon buns, orange glazed buns, cookies, cakes, pies and scones. All made from scratch daily.

History

Established in 2003.

This was an old IGA Grocery Store for well over 50 years. When Ernie Cagnina, the IGA owner retired, 2 sisters took the location and changed it into a consignment and bakery. Jane started the bakery and Ginny ran the consignment store. The sisters retired in 09, and Jane now lives in Rhode Island. Ginny still resides in the area. Their tradition has lived on, and the store they started is more popular today then ever.

Business Owner

We are a bakery, café, beach supply, local art and consignment store. This was all started by two sisters 15 years ago. Paul and Tammy Foster bought the business in 2012. The sisters have retired but what they began lives on.
