Need a new care? Visit Fitzpatrick’s. We are repeat customers. Our family are Jeep owners. The lease on my Jeep Patriot was up. We sent an email to Mark and he welcomed us to come in when it was good for us. He listened to what we were looking for and rather than try to push us in another direction, he worked with us to find the perfect deal. Suggestions rather than preaching about what he thinks we may want. It was great that they were opened late during the week. We drove the new car off the lot last night!

Horrible experience…
Brought my car in for recalls and it took forever to schedule. Finally get the car in there and they take all day, recall stuff not done. They call at the end of the day with some horror story that my car is a death trap… blah blah blah! No loaner offered and I have to find my own way home from work…
But hey the upside is they can repair it all for $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Sounds to me like they manhandled the car, broke some stuff and wanted to upsell me on other stuff. I said no thanks!
Went down to inspect what was in need of repair and got a totally different story from the mechanic.
Had them do all the recalls and towed the car to my regular mechanic who did twice as much work for half the price. Fine with me, it’s a used car and it will always need something. But I’d rather pay my guy a fair price then get ROBBED in broad daylight by these guys.
BEWARE, ASK QUESTIONS AND INSPECT EVERYTHING!!!

I have bought a Jeep with them in the past and never had any major issues and was happy with the limited service needed but the second time around I wasn’t as lucky. I bought a not even 1 year old car with them that is a lemon for sure. I bought the car in April and as of December I had brought the car in 8 TIMES!!! for different issues ranging from little things, like the brake petal falling off, to more major issues like the door not closing properly. I would think that after 8 visits they would have been a little more accommodating with me when I asked what my other options were than to keep dealing with this particular car. Not only did they not offer me what was owed on my car, but they didn’t even come close to giving me any kind of deal on a different car. After I did the math and realized there were trying to make more money off me I asked for what I feel was a reasonable solution which was an extended warranty on the lemon. Could they do that… NO. They do not stand behind there cars and frankly don’t care if they don’t have to. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with the outcome and expected more after all the headaches and hassle I have been through the last few months.

Only time will tell if the work was done properly.
They finished it on time, but barely.
My biggest concern was that I told them when I needed the vehicle back (or I would have to rent a vehicle for a planned trip).
They sat on it for almost two days before calling me with the diagnosis, confirming what I had already told them and then got it finished at the last minute of the third day, when the work could have been done in half a day.
I have been doing all my own car work for 54 years. I had them do the work because it was under warranty.
Seems like an amateurish, shoestring operation compared to a BMW dealership.

These guys are the unicorns of car maintenance and repairs. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, since I bought my first Jeep in 2003, and they’ve never let me down. They’re comprehensive, smart, and honest. What more could you ask for?
