I don’t know why they have two bad reviews. Joe is a great guy and he bends over backwards for his customers. They even finance people with bad credit with their own money. That is more then any large dealer would do.
I have been dealing with Joe for years. He has always treated me fair and given me the best deal possible.
Don’t listen to the other reviews. They don’t know what they are talking about. They are the type of people who only put negative commits up.

My skin crawls just thinking about the one instance I had dealing with this «dealership». My boyfriend at the time and I were car shopping for me, and saw a nice looking silver Pontiac Grand Am in his lot, so we stopped in and took a look. The guy, whom I guess is the owner, at first seemed friendly enough and was more than happy to let us test drive the car. However, my first inkling that something was up was when we mentioned the word Carfax and his skin pretty much turned grey from how scared it seemed to make him. During the test drive, he got a little antsy when we were on the highway, but asked for our thoughts. My boyfriend at the time said that it seemed to be in working order, aside from a turn signal being out, but there was one huge issue, which was that the ignition switch cover was missing and that is usually a dead giveaway that the car was hotwired and stolen in the past. I wish I were exaggerating when I say that this guy threw a temper tantrum worthy of a toddler, but unfortunately, that’s just what he did! He started whining, carrying on, and saying, «HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT MY CAR IS NO GOOD OVER A PIECE OF PLASTIC!» He also tried saying it was a «common problem» for Grand Am’s of that year to have. I’m not even as much of a gear head as my boyfriend at the time is/​was, but even I knew that was a crock of you know what. So, when we got back, the guy suddenly seemed to remember that he’s running a business and tried to act like his temper tantrum never happened, saying, «Oh well, you know what, I’ll replace the turn signal and order a new piece of plastic for the ignition switch, if you’re gonna buy it.» Needless to say, we had more than enough of his behavior at that point and we said we’d think about it, but never returned. I have no idea if the other cars he sells are any good, but all I know for sure is that I really don’t think I’ll be returning to this scuzzy place again.

Joe is a great fella who seems to really care about his customers. His prices are fair and his cars are good quality. I bought my car 3 years ago. It has been paid off for awhile. Joe still remembers my name my car and personal stories we have shared when i see him out of the dealership. He has customer service skills that are second to none. Any issues i had he quickly solved for me. Easy to work with. Dont mind the cat in the office he is friendly. I will be back to see Joe. He does suggest a car every time he sees me. Always working that is what he says. If you have a credit situation dont worry. He personally handles all financing no banks. Pay him on time and you have a friend for life. Oh and bringing the big guy a baked good or 2 or 3 goes over well also. GO SEE JOE! Tell him Jimmy sent ya.

The owner has a HUGE chip on his shoulder, it’s probably because he never sells any cars… I mean I don’t know how he could with the CRAZY prices he charges. I went in to ask a question and he was standoffish from the start. Had some teenager sitting in his office with his feet up on the desk… Soooo NOT professional! Plus the inside smells and looks like a frat house.
I rather get a root canal then step foot in this place again.
