Meet the Business Owner
Hector F.
Business Owner
Our CEO and President, Hector Flores, is among the most talented in the industry. He began his passion for the culinary arts by attending the prestigious California Culinary Academy. He studied classical French Cuisine training and obtained his degree, «Le Cordon Bleu». His work experience includes staging at Aqua restaurant, Bouchon Bistro, and Jardinière restaurant in San Francisco; working for Draeger’s Cooking School assisting the instructors; and working at the Fairmont Hotel as an assistant pastry chef.
Chef Flores has a joy and passion for fine food, pastries and wine that he loves to share. He uses the freshest ingredients available and believes in «farm to fork» sustainable practices. Chef Flores will create a fine dining experience, with seasonal menu selections and excellent wine pairings.
