Patricia hosted the open house that we ended up buying! After not being happy with our agent, we went looking on our own for a house in Pittsburg, and as fate would have it, we met Patricia. She worked seamlessly with our lender and the FHA requirements. When she wasn’t sure of something, she found the facts instead of acting like a «know it all». She kept us in the communication loop because she listened to us and had the best intuition to know how to keep us comfortable and calm throughout the process. Just as importantly, she never lost her cool and stayed professional, even dealing with the huge jerk she had to work with. I never heard anything unprofessional come out of her, unlike Neil Case, who actually stooped to disparaging us (the buyers) who knows why! (Was his commission going to shrink drastically because we needed roof repairs to be done before the loan was approved, or is he just a bully?) I would recommend Patricia to anyone buying or selling a house in the Bay Area who needs a professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and kind agent. Our daughter is trying to buy a house in Stockton and will use Patricia as an her agent as well. Btw, she even shared her contacts for reputable contractors to help with renovations and repairs! What a generous person!
