Colonial Village at Beaver Creek

Apartment complex number 3, this place looked like a great place to live.
Likes:
–Convenient location
–Price, the 11 month lease was cheaper than the 12 month lease.
–Washer and dryer included
–Spacious one bedroom apartment with a lot of windows for natural lighting
–Office staff was nice
Dislikes:
–Screening process is NOT thorough, in my opinion (there were two incidents involving the police that resulted in evictions)
–Not enough storage space in the one bedroom apartment, no coat or linen closets
–Walls are thin
–Lack of kitchen counter space
–Basic cable was included in the rent for $ 50, I would have saved money and gotten more channels if I was able to bundle with my internet
–TONS of children
–The trash compactor broke for a while and people kept leaving their trash outside of it which made this place look like a dump
–Parking
–I scheduled a walkthrough when I was moving out which I thought involved a checklist (I had to call the office since they were not on time for my scheduled appointment and the guy just peeked around at a few things and said this looks good)
This was definitely my LEAST favorite out of the 3 apartment complexes that I have lived in.
