Dr. Altherr is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthodontics. Dr. Altherr lives in the Apex area with his wife, their young son and 2 dogs. He is a native of Cary and practiced general dentistry for 2 years prior to going back to UNC’s prestigious orthodontic residency for an additional 3 years of training to become an orthdontist. Dr. Altherr is very passionate about his profession and his practice, and truly loves what he does.
