They helped me with water damage.
After returning home from a vacation at the beach, I walked in to my living room to hear my feet go «squish, squish». I looked down and realized that they were half an inch under water.
I called Professional Restoration Services who came right out and accurately assessed the problem, which was a broken pipe going in to the kitchen. They set up blowers and dehumidifiers and explained to me the insurance process. I called my insurance company and PRS was on their list of recommended service providers. An adjuster was out shortly afterwards who agreed with everything the PRS people had told me. They approved the claim and PRS went to work immediately. Subfloor in the kitchen, walls, carpets, cabinets, and more all needed to be replaced. They accommodated my requests to change a couple of the things being replaced. Having water damage was not fun at all but at least PRS did what they said they would do when they said they would do it.
