These guys are top-​notch! I have been working with CW Performance for the last 18 months after moving to Fayetteville with my 2008 E320 Blutec sedan, and have been consistently impressed with their efficiency, pricing, and high-​quality work.
Being that this car is my first Mercedes-​Benz and first diesel engine, I did a good amount of research to find a reliable repair crew. Fayetteville offered few rated/​reviewed repair shops and one over-​priced dealership– which is why I first drove the 100+ miles round trip to these guys. Worth every mile.
So far I’ve had my oil changed twice, serpentine belt, engine air filter, fuel filter, and glow plug module replaced, and have had perfect results every time.
When I’ve waited for my car to be serviced, it’s usually 1 – 2 hours max, and they have a comfortable waiting area with wi-​fi so I can make good use of the time. This last service I wasn’t able to come during their M-​F business hours so Curt (a pleasure to work with) recommended I reserve use of one of their «loaner cars» to drop-​off/​pick-​up my car after work.
As I say, I’ve been nothing but impressed with CW Performance, and expect they will continue to exceed my high expectations.

If you have a Mercedes you need to take your car here. If you have an AMG, you NEED to take your car to these guys. If you buy a Mercedes don’t you deserve to have a Service «Experience» not a service nightmare? Curt is awesome, best customer experience I have ever had in a repair shop. If you want to support an honest business owner that’s an AMG fan and is an expert in all that there is Mercedes, take your car to CW Performance. If you’d rather empty your bank account while being taken advantage of, please continue to go to the dealership service center.
FWIW, I’m a car guy. I know my way around an engine block and I’m very particular about my cars. It’s the little details that get me. Like not having to argue with the service center that the AMG’s now take 5w-​40 not 0w-​40. Thanks Curt, I’ll see you guys soon for that tune on my C63!

I’m a seasoned car repair customer and am much more demanding than the typical guy looking to just fix an issue. Found these guys by recommendation after spending many dollars at other local shops (2) trying to diagnose an issue with my s420. Curt knew very quickly the area of concern just watching the car idle. He was spot on correct and made no bones about it, the repair would be expensive. I had just wasted 2 grand at the «other» MB experts in town that either didn’t know what to do or just took me for some funds.
They fixed my car the first time and took me from disgust with my decision to buy it, to actually enjoying drive time. The money wasted on poor shops, if applied to a quality shop like CW, would have saved me funds in the long run.
This is the first shop I’ve found that can walk the walk. I really distrust the repair industry as a whole finding lack of knowledge or corrupt practices command but there are pockets of light and CW Performance, at this stage, is a shinning light for your your MB.

Curt and his team have been taking care of my 2003 E500 since 2008, and I couldn’t be happier since I stopped wasting my hard earned money at the dealership.
What attracted me was his Pricing on Service A was only $ 175.00, and yes they use Mobile 1 Synthetic Oil and OEM Filters, so I just couldn’t justify paying the dealer double for the same service.
He also went out of his way to help me out when my Airmatic air-​suspension went out to come to my house and diagnose my car, and will also work with me as to the most effective way to maintain my car, (as anyone with a Mercedes knows, servicing can get very expensive on higher mileage Mercedes). I have over 192K on my car now, and because of Curt and his team at CW Performance, it’s still riding and running like new!
I highly recommend anyone with Mercedes who needs anything, get a quote from CW Performance also and compare the pricing. And be comfortable letting them work on your Mercedes, because that’s the only make they work on!
