Business Owner
The Apex Ki Do Kwan is founded by Mudan Michael J. Macario, a Senior Training Officer, currently assigned to the Raleigh Police Academy as the Senior Training Officer. He has earned black belts in Hapkido, Hankido and Taekwondo, is a certified self-defense instructor and state certified police training instructor. He holds numerous state, local and federal training certifications.
