Established in 2013.

Two brothers came together with an idea. Really, it was a vision. To cook and serve freshly prepared foods in our customer’s backyards! With the experience of the older brother in the kitchen and the younger brother’s management experience, the team went to work. Slowly building a reputation from word of mouth and social media. The journey continues, and we strive to deliver great customer service with quality taco cart catering.

Raised in the community of Apple Valley in the High Desert. The Ariza brothers have developed their careers as managers and business owners with help from local high desert restaurants. Currently both brothers are raising their families in the High Desert and continue to grow their business.
