Tye T.
Business Owner
As a young man Tye grew up around the Self Storage Industry. Both Tye’s father and mothers have owned and operated multiple self storage companies since 1975 to present. As a youth and into his teenage years Tye was involved in working around the self storage industry performing odd jobs of cleaning out storage units and/or general facility maintenance.
In 1992, Tye took over the role of acting facility /operations manager of a Storage facility in the San Francisco Bay Area. During this time Tye was the face of the business.
In 1999 Tye entered into a partnership with another Storage facility in the San Francisco Bay Area. Having reached levels of completion, Tye was approached to become a partner in Rob Roy Storage.
