Finally a mobile store where customer service is nice and efficient! I should not be surprised to receive good customer service but the truth is that I am always treated like the stupidest customer in those stores. Even when I am just asking for their prepaid offers.
So good job guys, I will definitely come back at your branch.

My friends and I came looking for Karina, who provided an excellent service the last time we went in here. We found out it was her day off. Frank helped us instead. He was the exact opposite of Karina. He wasn’t very accommodating. He just provided me with a quote and didn’t even bother to look into my account. He said even if he checked, I’d still be paying the same thing. He also said he couldn’t cancel my extra line for my ipad because he can’t do that and I should just call customer service. I was so disappointed that even my friend, whom I was trying to convince to switch from Sprint to AT& T, was glad she was with Sprint. I went to AT& T in Valley this morning and they were very helpful. They checked into my account and provided me with the deals and options available to my account. They even cancelled my ipad line with just a few taps on the computer. Next time, I’ll just wait for Karina or just go to AT & T Valley.

Frank and Nisarg were really attentive and great about explaining the plan options and the ONLY people to offer a buy back for an old iphone (unlike the Southbay AT&T store where I got my dad an iphone 6 plus) Luckily, my friend and I were the only people in the store at time but they worked well together made sure we didn’t have to spend too much time in store. The FIRST time I’ve been happy at an AT&T store in the 10 years I’ve been with them.

Everytime I come to this mall it’s always changing. I came to do some shopping next door at Aldo and I saw that there was an AT&T store next door and I wanted to inquire about the their home internet and TV packages. I have never seen an AT&T store so empty. The ones I go to are always busy with people and I’m always stuck waiting to get helped but they were very attentive here. I was helped by Frank and he was very helpful. He mentioned that he was fairly new but he was able to answer all my questions and even offered to follow up with me at a later date since I wasn’t ready to buy yet. I’m definately coming back to this location again.

The store is fairly new but out all the at&t stores; they have the best customer service yet. Contacted me right away. Didn’t have to wait since it just open and they helped me get in and out in 10 mins. I say go ahead and see it for yourself
