Jamie Bellermann offers a broad range of massage therapy, from deep tissue to subtle energetic balancing. Every session is designed to meet your individual goals and needs, whether you are an athlete or a parent, suffering from headaches or sore muscles, if you are trying to run a marathon or come back from an injury.

Jamie has been a massage therapist in Humboldt County since 2001, and is the two-​time recipient of the award for «Best Massage on the North Coast» as chosen by the Times Standard readers.

Jamie has worked with a range of clients including athletes, seniors, children, laborers, and the terminally ill.

Jamie approaches bodywork as a dialogue between the client and the therapist. He helps the client to work through pain and release tension while fostering a deeper understanding of the body on the levels of anatomy, structural balance, and energetic resonance. Jamie brings a comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and kinesiology to his practice along with an intuitive approach to integration.

Jamie completed his initial training at the East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland in 2001 and has also trained at The Heartwood Institute and the Milne Institute.

Jamie is also a volunteer for Hospice of Humboldt and an avid backpacker, surfer, gardener, and cook.
