At Foundation Sport & Spine, we break the expected pattern of chiropractic care. We are on the cutting edge of integrative physical medicine and welcome all athletes and all non-​athletes alike. We specialize in sports injuries, chiropractic care, various soft-​tissue techniques, active functional rehabilitation, and also nutritional support with top-​ranked USANA Health Sciences nutritional products.

Dr. Porcher is Full-​Body certified in Active Release Technique (ART), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) technique, Motion Palpation Technique, Functional Movement Systems (FMS), and performs Muscle Activation with the «Be Activated» system. He was also a varsity athlete in college, an All-​American in Track and Field, and a varsity letterman in Baseball and Football, so he understands what your body goes through in your training and competition. He will help you re-​build your body, improve your performance, and feel great.

Business Owner

Dr. Nate Porcher, owner and physician at Foundation Sport & Spine graduated Summa Cum Laude and Salutatorian from National University of Health Sciences, in Lombard, IL. In addition to his education at National, he also has over 250 hours of post-​graduate level training in Active Release Techniques (ART), Muscle Activation, Functional Rehabilitation, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), and Motion Palpation Technique. He is part of the Illinois Chiropractic Society, the Christian Chiropractic Association, and is part of the Ironman Provider Network through ART. His research has also been published in the Journal of Chiropractic Medicine. He is looking forward to serving you.
