I had a 1:30 appointment and arrived ten minutes early. I filled out the paperwork and was then informed that the doctor had just left for lunch. The lady asked if I could come back at 2:45 and I would be given a 15% discount. Seriously? I’m supposed to sit around for an hour and 15 minutes when I had an appointment? Not hardly! They just lost my business permanently. I will be sure everyone I know hears how sorry the service is.

If you need eyeglasses or contacts, this the place to go. Everyone is absolutely fabulous. They care more about your eye health, than your pocket book. From the first time that i walked in to the picking up of my glasses, each was friendly and helpful. We were so pleased with the staff and service that my partner is going to join the contact club. The offices are reasonable and the customer service is out of this world.
