I drink boba teas almost every day from several different spots on Arlington. Sprouts doesn’t seem to ever make my boba tea the same. I never know what I’m going to get. It’s like their not using a consistent recipe. They also don’t cook their boba properly so it’s quite chewy. Service is mediocre too.

The meatball phở here is pretty good compared to any of the other spots in the area. Definitely will be going back whenever I feel the need for phở in North Arlington.

We had an awkward dinner at Sprouts and it left me feeling like I did something wrong. We walked in 15 minutes to closing time which was our first mistake. I don’t usually cut it that close to closing time, but I had a hankering for phở! We stood there for several minutes before any of the 4 staff members acknowledged us. We should have just turned around and taken our business elsewhere. One staff member was reading his text out loud to another staff member while one looked down. The restaurant is small. How did no one see us standing there? We chose to stay when one lady appeared from the back and said we could sit anywhere. During our dinner, we were repeatedly reminded that they were closing soon. «Would you like to order a smoothie because we’re closing down the smoothie bar?» & «Would you like a refill on tea b/c we’re closing soon and are going to pour it out?» I couldn’t tell if this was a nice gesture or a passive aggressive way of telling us to get out of there quick. There were 3 tables with patrons still eating but the staff put up all empty chairs. It’s uncomfortable to eat while all the chairs are on the tables. It’s like the servers wanted to push us out. Our server remained friendly but at one point he sat down at a table across from us. I tried to eat my phở as fast as I could but it was piping hot. The food was good but I’ve had better phở. I understand it was rude of us to come in so close to closing time, but you should suck it up. Customers are how you earn your money no matter what time it is. Don’t put the chairs up until all customers have left. We probably won’t be back since we felt unappreciated. I recommend the egg rolls & the chicken phở but only if you go an hour before closing time :)

I always wanted to try phở, so the middle kid took me out for dinner while my less culinarily adventurous missus is out of town. OK, so the spring rolls are nothing like the deep fried treats that I know and love, but they were not bad. We had the grilled shrimp spring roll. Nicely grilled shrimp, chilled noodles and some leafy vegetable in a transparent wrapper and served with a pineapple dipping sauce. The flavors were rather muted for my palate, but it was well executed. I should have asked for peanut sauce, though… For our main course, I had the deluxe beef bowl. I can now state unequivocally that I am not a fan of tripe, but the slices of eye round and the meatballs were tasty. The bowl was chock full of noodles and green onions. Bean sprouts and a sprig of basil were served on the side. The broth was delicate and well balanced. Again, I prefer stronger flavors, so a spoonful of hoisin sauce went into my bowl. Boba tea… I can think of better things to do with my tapioca. We’re pretty sure that we were not served the flavor we asked for and I’ve got friends who rave about boba so much that I’m going to say that this isn’t the greatest place to get it. If you are one of the more evolutionarily advanced among us, like me, who tower over our peers, I caution you to sit at a booth. The chairs and tables were low enough to make me feel like I was at a parent-teacher conference in elementary school. Overall, a decent experience. I don’t think this will become one of my personal favorites, but I happily recommend it to those who are interested.

Pretty awesome! Not the best Vietnamese in DFW, but the best close to AT&T and Globe Life. I prefer phở stock that is made with more anise, spices, fat and bone, so there’s depth of flavor from the fat and marrow. This phở is lacking in that complexity but has a clean, fresh taste to it that is still good. The meatballs in the phở are superb. Had the classic spring rolls(average) and the garlic chile edamame for appetizers. The edamame was probably the best thing I had, no slight to the phở, it was just that good. Will definitely come back next time I’m in the area. Better than average food and phở-nomenal(I couldn’t help myself) service. Give it a try!

This is my wife’s go to place for Vietnamese as she works close by. My wife is not into phở, so she usually orders the pork over rice, but her colleagues loves this place. Well, thought I would give it a try. Went there yesterday with 2 other colleagues. We got there shortly after 12n, so it was quite busy the whole time we were there. They have some seating outside, which made it easier as there were only 1 or 2 tables available inside. Fortunately, we were able to self seat right away. Service was professional and fast. One thing that I noticed compared to other Vietnamese or Asian restaurants is that most employees are non-Asian, and we were the only Asian among customers. So from the beginning, I wasn’t expecting anything to genuine as it’s probably more Americanized. Well, our food came quickly. We all ordered the beef phở deluxe that has a little of everything. The flavor of the broth was decent, but light. For chicken or phở ga, it would have been fine, but for beef phở, it was on the lighter side. It was lacking the depth. Noodles and all meat contents are typical. I do like the way the sliced the meatball so it’s not a large chunk of meat. Overall, it was a solid 3 stars in that I would probably come back if I was in the area. Again, their service was a solid 5 stars, but since I’m here for the food, that is what really matters. For phở, I believe there are much better ones on the south side of Arlington.

The service was spectacular. Mike was a superb waiter. I went by myself and was never rushed. The order was perfect and delicious! I got the grilled pork spring roll and sautéed edemame which was to die for. This location is much much better than its sister location in Mansfield where I had not such a good experience.

This place has vegetarian phở! Hallelujah! That stuff is hard to find, and generally isn’t available in more authentic phở places. Definitely get an order of spring rolls to start — the place is named after them for a reason. I’ve heard great things about the crispy chicken spring rolls, but the veggie spring rolls are top notch — light, flavorful, and packed with fresh herbs — and the peanut sauce is wonderful. The veggie phở is delicious, but you need to take it in context — this stuff is not the dense, soul-warming beef-broth-based phở you’ll find at authentic phở shops(although that is available here!). This is to traditional Phở as Cal-Mex cuisine is to traditional Mexican. It’s a lighter, fresher version, with all the gentle, ritualistic pleasantness of eating traditional phở. Interactive food at its finest. I’ve tried a few other things on the menu as well — the vermicelli bowls are delicious, and there’s a veggie egg roll version which is quite well done. I haven’t delved into the rice plates as much, but I’ve heard good things. I was somewhat underwhelmed by the egg noodles, but I generally find egg noodles rather underwhelming, so that could just be me. The avocado boba tea was fascinating and quite tasty. The setting is bright, airy, and quite well put-together for a small strip mall kind of joint. The booths are nice, but they do a hopping lunch hour, so if you get there late you may end up sharing one of the long tables in the middle of the restaurant with a friendly stranger or two. They’ve also got a few outdoor tables(standard metal patio furniture), which is lovely when the weather is nice, even if the view is mostly of a parking lot. The servers are always on point, and the place is small enough that it never gets too terribly loud — even in the very busiest lunch hours. Bonus points for being right next to a Marble Slab and across the parking lot from Half Price books. :-)

I wish I could give this one million stars. The phở is outstanding. The best I’ve ever had. Perfect food to end a day at Six Flags. Wait staff was super prompt and friendly.

The reviews were not wrong when they said that the crunchy chicken spring rolls were the best item on the menu. They were amazing and fresh and full of flavor. I also had the veggie Phở. It was good but it’s as if they made a vegetable broth and threw the veggies in it. The flavors weren’t really melded together. But otherwise it was a great experience, great service, and I will definitely be back to try other menu items along with the crunchy chicken spring rolls again.

This is my favorite place to eat. If I am in a hurry I call 15 minutes before to pick my order up. Their chicken spring rolls with avocado are my favorite. Their tofu spring rolls are so good, too. The best tofu I’ve ever had. Their boba is the best boba in DFW, too!!! I give tough reviews but this is a 5 for me.

Mediocre Vietnamese food with too much hype(from man v food; we had someone try the challenge and they lost). We had phở here and the broth was completely bland. The waiters were bleh and I swear the food wasn’t that hot. You know when you get a nice bowl of phở, you expect the broth to be pippin hot, I felt like the broth wasn’t which is disappointment, my favorite part is burning the roof of my mouth. I got some of the classic spring rolls($ 5), how the heck are they charging $ 5 for 2 spring rolls?! It was like 4 shrimp total and a thin slice of pork in the roll, there is no reason to charge $ 5 for that. There’s better and cheaper phở places in the area.

Pros: ~ Oreo boba smoothie is Good ~ Interior looks good ~ Duck spring roll is Delicious Cons: ~ Food was bland, but I understand, because this place is not authentic, but it’s edible. ~ Can’t order the«Super Bowel» unless you want to enter the contest. Maybe, I just want to eat a lot of Phở because, I love Phở! It also confusing because, on the menu; its says under each of the Phở Soups– SMALL, Large, or Super bowel. Customer Service: Well… Our Waitress was to «busy» to explain an item on the menu. While 5 other workers are standing around talking, giggling and texting. This experience made me understand, why managers want you to look busy than, just standing around because it’s looks bad. Also after 20 minutes, we had to remind her about the Smoothie, that she forgot. Also we had to go to the register to pay, even though every customer had their bill payment, picked up. So, overall from this trip, I’ll will not be going back. I’ll keep going to the«Authentic«phở spots.

I will definitely make a drive out here when I’m craving for Vietnamese food! Service and food was great!!! Started off with the crunchy onion chicken spring roll and torpedo shrimp. It came out fresh and in a timely manner! The crunchy onion chicken spring roll was my favorite the sauce was really good too. Crunchy and flavorful Torpedo shrimp was just as good. Crunchy meaty and creamy. I did wish the shrimp was bigger but still delicious. Everybody got phở. We really wanted to try the oxtail phở but of course they were out! I must say the phở is just as good as my moms the broth was infused with so much flavor and we barely need to add much to it except for lots of pepper since we liked it spicy! Will definitely be back and hopefully get to try other appetizers out and the oxtail phở! Came back and the oxtail phở was available this time. Must say I was a little disappointed. I was expecting the oxtail meat to still be on the bone. It wasn’t as flavorful as the phở we had last time. I also got the house vermicelli although the meat and pickled veggies were good the noodles were a little hard. It wasn’t soft or fresh like the spring rolls we ordered. I can tell that it was prepackaged, put in the fridge, taken out to be warmed up. I however must say the duck mango spring roll was amazing! A little pricey but very good and flavorful with the dipping sauce. Service was still great just disappointed from the main dishes this time around since we were really happy and satisfied the first time.

my goto phở joint when im out in Arlington. Love the grilled pork spring rolls here as well as the grilled pork plate with brown rice(cant you see that I like the grilled pork). I usually get an almond milk tea with boba as well. No complaints over here. Lately I have been getting the Ox tail phở. You have to wait after a certain time to get it but dont be too late because the first time i tried they ran out but once you do get it its delicious. I def. recommend this place.

Found this establishment using Unilocal.Glad we came. Positives: — Super healthy fresh food that satisfies and won’t clog your arteries. — Super good smoothies & teas.(we’ve tried strawberry banana, watermelon, lychee etc) — Super attentive service that is consistent.(haven’t had a bad experience yet) — Seating outside for those who want to enjoy the weather.(on the shopping center) — Large portions that’ll leave you satisfied.(the largest bowl of phở is like a 1 gallon) — Clean and tidy.(I’ve never seen any creepy crawlers or grime) — Staff interact happily. They look like they actually like working here. It makes me happy. Negatives: — Small and cramped. — Not good for larger parties unless you like sitting on top of each other. Try the spring rolls or the shrimp. I forgot what the shrimp is called but it’s jumbo shrimp with some cream cheese that’s in a fried wonton. That was delicious.

I still love this place, but they need to get their to-go orders down. Just because it’s to-go doesn’t mean I’m not sitting right there waiting for it. It just means I’m not eating it THERE. I ordered 2 orders of spring rolls and 2 orders of phở, and sat to wait. 15 mins I was told. 25 mins later, my boba tea is melting and I ask what’s the holdup. Waiting on spring rolls. Well the girl over making the rolls isn’t moving very fast. I waited another 10 mins before complaining. Talked to the manager. At first they tried saying it takes 15 – 20 mins, but I told them to look at my receipt. I literally sat waiting for over 30 mins. I might as well eaten there and gotten my order faster. The good thing is they were willing to comp me an extra order of spring rolls for the inconvenience, so I left satisfied but I’ll be sure to watch the clock next time I order to go and sit to wait for it.

Absolutely terrible Thai tea. I’m not a customer here really, but I won’t be returning as I sampled my friend’s flat noodles, which were meh. Definitely needs to step their gastronomy game up, Sprouts. I’m not even going to venture towards getting a phở bowl here either.
