I’m very happy with my shellac manicure. I wanted a neutral color and they handed me a million some samples. I got overwhelmed and I think the guy noticed cause he suggested a color for me. I tried it and I loved it. I also appreciate the fact that they aren’t all into small talk because I hate that. They charged me $ 30 plus tip obvs. Julie did my manicure.

I called this place letting them know that there will be 4 people for manis and 3 for mani and pedi. They were not prepared for us at all. One of us had to wait for over 30 mins with our feet soaked in water because no one was available to do the pedi. Either they shouldn’t take such big parties or they should be better prepared. The pedi took so long that I didn’t even have time to get a mani done. Wish they had better service. Also, we asked for the basic pedi… and they actually ended up giving us and charging us to one level higher. Didn’t understand why they did that. Not a pleasant experience overall.

I’ve gone here a couple times now and I like the manicurists who have helped me (Ti and Mary). In particular Mary worked with me to try to mix gel colors to get the effect I was looking for, and Ti was sensitive to my sensitive feet and tried not to cause pain :)
I don’t get manicures or pedicures all that often but when I do I’ll keep coming here.
FWIW, gel manicures really do last a LOT longer than regular polish ones do! They cost a bit more but are worth it.
