Hot Nails

I’ve been going here for years, and the staff is nice and friendly every time you come in. They know me by name, even now when I only come every 2 months or so. They do a great job, they are just overpriced. I’ve been going other places due to the high prices. I mean, you get what you pay for, but I can still get a great job for cheaper elsewhere.

I went in today for a fill. Got the worst service from my tech. Idk what his problem was but he was in a hurry and proceeded to cut me with the drill as he was removing my shallac from my nails. It hurt so bad, he didn’t even apologized. He didn’t offer me a band aid. Blood wouldn’t stop. It even ran down my hand. He just wanted to continue to work. I finally yelled at him and told him to STOP! Then I wiped my bloody finger with the towel then he told me to STOP! finally he gave me a cotton ball with alcohol. Still the blood wouldn’t stop then he put some super glue and it stopped. Then when it came time to pay. I asked him how much did I owe him, and he said $ 40.00 so I gave him two 20’s he was looking at me as if I owed him a tip. I was like what? You said forty right? Yes… I was like ok then. Well I was with my cousin and she was not gonna leave without letting the manger know. We told her and she was very upset. She was very nice and gave me a $ 20.00 gift card. That’s the only reason I gave two stars.

I’m very pleased with this nail salon! Best experience I every had. The salon is pretty and the staffs are really friendly. I’ve been having back problems and my grandma told me to come here and ask for a hot stone massage. BEST hour of my life! Afterwards, my back felt good, and I could moving around without feeling any tightness on my back. I’ll be coming back here to get more massages in the future!

A few bad experience but we resolved them. They are lacking in customer service but have a clean place

The place is clean and we’ll decorated. Other than that it’s terrible. They have the credit card signs right at the register, yet they want cash payment. The girls doing the work don’t even try to engage the customer. Poor, poor customer service.

I went to get an eyelash fill and fell in LOVE! I had gotten the initial eyelash extensions elsewhere and I was very unhappy with them. After HOT NAILS worked on them, I love it! I’m about to schedule an appointment for my third fill.
The salon is clean, the staff is friendly, and they try to get you to someone asap. I will definitely continue to go to HOT NAILS for my eyelashes.

This is the only place I’ll go for my nails. It’s not your average nail salon at all, its modern, and clean, yes very clean. The place is immaculate and the staff is friendly. I went for a Pedi/​medi yesterday. It’s delightful for the price! Everyone knows me and I am always happy with the service, as well as the way my nails turn out. I will definitely be calling again.

Service is usually good but I dislike that many of the techs speak very little English. Environment is clean and well kept.
Always trying to get you to upgrade services or add additional ones.
They don’t allow you to add the tip to your bill, tips are cash only — I have to pay taxes on my income, so should they.

Update: You may not want to do the lashes. I had an allergic reaction shortly after (one day after having them) that I had to get medical attention for.
This, by no means, takes away from the other services. I would still go back to them (just never… never ever ever… get lash extensions again).

Great service, great pedicure & manicure! They put the Ranger game on for me, enjoyed a drink and was pampered… nice!

The employees are very rude and careless. The pedicurist messed up my nails multiple times and was unreceptive to redoing them. The same woman when she did my manicure did nothing to push back my cuticles and trim the skin around my nails. I could’ve done a better job at home. The gentleman manager was also incredibly rude and I just absolutely hate this place. I’ve been here three times as I couldn’t find anywhere else and each time it was awful.

Really? Im the first? Huh. Well I had my second pedicure here and it was nice. My feet were beginning to be a hot mess so the ball and chain took me to get them taken care of. Its a nice place. Clean and updated. Very large w tons of techs working. They actually had some sports on AND gave me a dranky-​drank. All in all a very good experience. My feet looked and felt great and I felt like a real Man’s man for taking care of my alligator feet. Of course the typical I’m laughing at you and speaking in my native tongue thing can get annoying but my soft ass feet didnt give a damn
