Not sure what happened but I got sick! My family came here to have dinner. It was my first time coming. The setup was very nice they had Big Screens all around. This was a really nice setup to watch any Sport games and just have a really good time. I ordered the BomerJacks Sampler for a appetizer. I also oredered the Bottomless Soup & Salad. I had the Perfect Margarita. Everything taste yummy and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. But towards the end. I started to get really hot and sick to my stomach. I could not even get up I felt horrible. I finally made my way to the bathroom and my daughter had to keep checking in on me to make sure I was okay. I eventually started feeling better and I had to drink a lot of water. So I’m not sure what went wrong here. I have not been eating meat and eating very healthy. My husband said he felt a little woozy also but not to my level. I will wait awhile and come back to see if it was indeed BoomerJacks. So for now I just don’t know but I will say I was perfectly fine before I came.

Jamie(JJ) is amazing. Her drinks are on point, and delicious. We came in the the night of a Beyoncé concert, had an amazing time despite the highlands traffic. If you’re bar crawling the highlands. This is a definite stop. 2.50 crown n down you call it’s Monday’s and Tuesday’s.

Food was below average. Service sucked. And drinks were too sweet. Not a good experience at all! I honestly don’t know why this place is always packed, maybe it’s how cheap it is? But that says a lot about the clientele too!

Very friendly environment and dog friendly patio. The wait staff was excellent and very quick. The patio does need some sort of shade though. The food I had was great, I got a chicken sandwich, which was very good, the chicken was a very small piece that unfortunately it didn’t even cover half the bun, but overall good. My friend had a chicken panini and it was mostly red peppers so it was kind of a bust. Overall very inexpensive and food was tasteful.

I love this addition to the Highlands with this patio friendly all American restaurant. I don’t think I have ever had a bad meal from them. I know it is not haute cuisine, but when you just crave some cheese fries or hot wings this is a solid choice. The patio in the spring can’t be beat either. I had the buffalo chicken wrap and it had good flavor from the spice on the chicken and the coolness of the ranch was a nice combination. Husband had the hatch burger with a fried square of pepper jack cheese with green chilies on the top. It was strange to see a fried piece of cheese almost as big as the burger. It was delicious while hot, but when it started to cool off the cheese was glue like and hard to chew. If you want a good patio spot with lots of televisions tuned to sports and some good food look no further!

Wife and I tried this place for the first time. Nice day so we sat outside on the patio. We started with the fried cheese sticks. Hot and flavorful. I ordered the Cheeseburger and my wife had the Taco Salad. Both were served promptly. Both were delicious. To top it off we ordered the banana pudding. Oh my!!! It was fantastic. Aside from the food our service was terrific. Glad we tried this place. If it was table cloth, candles and steaks then I would have given 5 stars.

For a dependable, delicious bar experience, this is THE place to go. The onion rings are fresh, breaded in a delicious breading that is light and flaky and gives you the crunch and fried without over coming the delicious fresh onion. They were cooked perfectly, not too crunchy. I had the barbecue burger and upgraded my fries to loaded. The burger was PERFECT. The meat was clearly fresh and melted in my mouth with hardly any chew even at med-well. The toppings perfectly complimented the burger, delicious cheddar melted beautifully, crispy bacon pieces, fresh, soft bread. The mixed drinks are unique and offer lots more variety than the usual bar/restuarant. The manager came by and invited us back for lunch on other weekdays. They have TONS of TVs and I like how the restuarant is laid out so you can find a place to be quiet or have a little more fun!

I like this location more for some reason. The staff made our first meetand greet memorable. We ate at the bar and partook(I made that up) in the Tuesday wing special. They were pretty good. I have been here twice dining on the inside and outside and have no complaints thus far.

Really great service … I thought since I’m in a wheel chair, I’d have to sit inside, even though it was a beautiful day, but they quickly brought out a portable ramp and I had full access to the deck. Wait staff was cheerful and attentive. One thing I noticed, they would check with other patrons every time they came through … not just«their» tables, and made sure every one was well taken care of. Food was mostly good. I started with a ½ order of SuperBowl Nachos. The cheese sauce was too liquid, and pooled in the bottom of the plate, making everything soggy, and the lettuce piled on top looked like it had been prepped yesterday. it was wilted and pretty sad looking. The plate was loaded with lots of diced tomato and sliced jalapeño, and decorated with swirls of creamy sour cream sauce. Not worth almost $ 7.00 … won’t repeat that. I ordered the Ruben sandwich. It was piled high with lots of pastrami, not a lot of(too sweet) sauerkraut, almost enough cheese … it was tasty, but too wet. I ate the first half, which was good, buy by then, the second half had sat too long and the liquid from the sauerkraut had totally soaked the bottom slice of rye … and that was less than pleasant. Taste was pretty good, but the actual experience was less than stellar. The French fries were excellent. Crispy, well seasoned, and hot. Next time I go, I will try a burger, since really — they are a burger joint rather than a sandwich shop. A young women at the table next to me struck up a conversation. she ordered a Chicken Salad, and it looked very impressive … was loaded with all the right stuff plus nice thick slices of avocado on top. she was very happy with it, but it was a bit hard to eat because it totally overwhelmed the dish it was served on, and just trying to eat it was messy. Prices were good, the food was good, service was excellent. The only thing holding it back from a 5 star review was execution issues with the food.

This location had a great outdoor seating area. They were adding the TV’s as we were there outside, but it was too bright and sunny to really see what was playing, but still cool to have. It’s a cool place to go watch any sports games you like. They had some good deals on the drinks they were in those cute mason jar glasses I just can’t resist, they were reasonably priced I think they were like $ 6 if you like something sweet and cold and refreshing. My boyfriend and his brother both drooled over the food menu when they seen that they had Monte Cristo sandwiches.(they hadn’t had them in years since Benningan’s was around way back when) LOL. They loved them and I even snagged a bite too and it was very good. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, it was a little too hot for me, too much sauce in the wrap but over all it was pretty good minus the heat. Only disappointing thing was the wait staff, we sat there for probably 10 minutes before someone even looked or thought of helping us. They seen us sitting there, and didn’t bother to say hey we’ll be right with you or anything for like 10 minutes so that was not cool.

We were pleasantly surprised last night! We have low expectations(see prior review), but the patio, drink specials, and a BOGO entrée coupon lured us back. Our server was great! She was attentive, prompt, friendly, couldn’t ask for more. The manager came around to every table to check on us, and introduce himself. He actually asked our names(and of course I don’t remember his) and chatted a bit — and he did this at every table. He had helped us with a «wing issue» about a year ago too. Maybe Boomerjacks is starting to focus on their service more :) We’ll be back to find out!

This is a place that’s better for their drinks than their food(from this being my second visit within years). Their drinks are real good. You have a lot to choose from. Check out some of their signature drinks & you won’t be letdown. As for food, I got their Chipotle Bleu Burger. It wasn’t bad, it just didn’t move me. I expected more & that’s the burger lover in me. I recall having a burger my first visit & I had the same feeling. So maybe I should just leave the burgers alone & try something different if I come back around & have something more than their drinks. My waitress was very good, so that’s always a plus.

I will NEVER go back here again. The waitress was really nice and I like that they have a patio, but the food was gross and clientele was sketchy. There was a very large woman beside me at the bar wearing basically a bikini top and butt cheeks hanging out her shorts and that’s just an example of what I saw throughout the entire establishment. I didn’t feel comfortable there with all the skanky looking women at 7:00 and the men who come along with that. I got a couple gross cat calls while I was there and I was in a tshirt and shorts– not what I was looking for at dinner time. I was hoping for a relaxing patio with some drinks and good bar food. Super disappointed. The bathrooms were also DISGUSTING.

Came in on a Monday to catch up with friends and man this place has cheap drinks! If you’re looking for a place with great prices for shots with friends then come here on Mondays and Tuesday’s! They have $ 2.50 crown and down! Our crown was kinda warm but for that price we couldn’t complain, we just ordered more!

Great place great atmosphere. Ordered I nice refreshing drink that was like a play on a hurricane. Light and refreshing with a lil kik. The menu items all looked delicious and I decided on the fried catfish with Mac n cheese and coleslaw. If you like your catfish with a good hard fried perfectly seasoned crust and most in the middle then this is the place for you! The patio was prefect for a sunny day like today. About 89 degrees today. I will definitely be returning when I’m in the Arlington area again.

To me, the place wasn’t all that. Ive been driving by it for a couple years now and it’s always looked popular. So I decided to finally stop in and try it out. My daughter got a kids burger meal. She loves hamburgers, but hated this one. There was a weird taste about the meat she jusy wasn’t having it. I thought she was just being picky so I tried it and yep something weird there. I tried the Monte Cristo and it was just ok to me. Idk if I was just particular to Bennigans or what. Had a 3 sampler appetizer and only thing that I really liked was the onion rings. Now the waitstaff was very friendly and prompt. Liked all the tv’s on the walls. Just the food to me was very lacking.
