Established in 2012.

As a Realtor/​real estate agent I specialize in helping first time home buyers and sellers. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative and Military Relocation Professional. I’ve spent most of my life in Northern Virginia, making me one of those rare Northern Virginia «locals». I am a former Army dependent; I’ve lived and worked in and out of the private and government sector, both inside and outside the beltway since 1983; including Alexandria, Arlington, Reston, and Herndon/​Oak Hill.

I am also a licensed handyman with experience in home renovations and repairs. As a realtor and contractor, I’ve worked with over a thousand homes in Northern Virginia, and I have seen it all! My expert recommendations bring sellers a quick sale and facilitate a smooth closing.

Not many real estate agents can bring you this type of experience. I know the area inside and out!

Aside from being a real estate agent/​Realtor I am a licensed handyman. I’ve owned an operated that business since 2002.

In November of 2008, I assisted with the taping of a Rachael Ray show in Herndon, VA. and provided behind-​the-​scenes technical advice to Rachael Ray’s home improvement segment host Kristan Cunningham. The segment, «The Unhandiest Couple in America», aired on the Rachael Ray show on January 5, 2009 and June 19, 2009.

In 1992, I released a CD of my own new age solo piano compositions that can be found on iTune and Amazon.
