History

Established in 2013.

At the helm of the Menotomy Grill & Tavern you will find seasoned restaurateur businessman and Arlington’s native son, William Lyons. With over 22 years of experience within the restaurant and entertainment industries, Billy has an impressive history of overseeing the success of many celebrated, well known area restaurants.

Billy combines his skill, experience and enthusiasm with his passion for people and his love of local history. The Menotomy Grill & Tavern is a way to celebrate the rich heritage of the town of Arlington and give back to the community that he has always called home.
