Mint Dentistry

The lady doctor, doctor R was rude when I went in for a follow up appointment. I had a cavity filled on a tooth that never bothered me per their recommendation. About 3 weeks after the filing I started having sensitivity in the tooth followed by random excruciating pain. When I finally have time to go in for my follow up appointment the doctor is disputing the validity of my pain saying she did the work and doesn’t see why it hurts and that it shouldn’t and that it took a long time for me to come back (64 days)…that’s easy to say when you’re not the one experiencing the pain, she had no diagnosis for me and wouldn’t at least refill it and had a stank attitude. I wasnt insulting her work all I wanted was to be treated for my concerns not talked to like I’m a liar!

My appointment was at 11:00, I checked in at 10:55. After waiting for 30 min, I checked back at the front desk and was told to wait an estimate of additional 20 min. I would suggest you find another place unless you have all day to spend for a dental appointment.

This is the worst dental office ever!!! They keep you waiting in the room forever waiting on a doctor to come see you or do your fillings! The assistant was nice that’s about it! Go to a private office I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.

Not bad so far. I’m not done yet I’m in the chair but I have to write a review to get the free teeth whitening. It’s been more than 10 plus years since I’ve been to the dentist so all this stuff is brand new to me. So far I’ve had all kinds of x rays on my teeth and all these x Ray tools jammed in my mouth it was a bit uncomfortable but as long as my insurance covers all this probing I’m good. Waiting on the doctor now so he can clean my teeth. I have to admit the dre beats and pandora music with the massage chair is a nice touch.

Fantastic Timely Service. They are rock stars that truly care about their patients. 2^nd time I have been here and they are just as good on your 2^nd appointment as they are on your first.

Really cool place! Netflix! Beats Headphones and iPads! That’s just do you don’t have to be bored while they use the latest technology to give you an awesome experience!:) Everyone is so happy and very helpful! :) this is my new dental office!

I have been coming here for about a year now and it’s been nothing short of AMAZING. The staff is exceptional. You can tell that they truly care about your needs. I have never been to a dentist office with so many smiling faces. This is the real deal and the tablets and massage chairs are just the cherry on top! I am completely impressed and will be a Mint patient for life.

Let’s just be honest. More than likely if there is a positive review on here it is because of the free whitening gel they offer for writing «good» reviews. This is not a dentist you want to go to if you want good, quality care. This is a place you go to for free teeth whitening gel and that is it. The young lady that cleaned my teeth was so incredibly rough. The actual dentist talked to me for abut 2 minutes before rushing out and never once mentioning anything to me about my wisdom teeth or a referral to oral surgeon. Which was the primary concern.

I have been coming here since they were open and I love it! It is very flexible to get an appointment here. They have Netflix, Pandora, and Beats by Dre headphones. The staff was very friendly and the doctors are very good at explaining my treatment. They worked with my insurance and did all of my treatment for no cost to me. They treat me like family and everyone knows me by name here.

I must say as a healthcare professional and have understanding to high demands of treatments… but i was waiting almost 2 hrs to be seen in office today. My apot was at 1pm… it cleared out and new batch of patients entered… after 2 patients were called that i know i was there before… i was told their appt was also at 1pm… so i ask… what is your option… tske the new patient whom arrived on time or take the patients whom artived 15 – 30 minutes late… they chose the latter… i will not rate this review… im very disappointed thus far!!!

This was the best dental experience. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the smiling faces I knew this would be unique. Everyone was exceptional including the hygienist Courtney. I had the most thorough cleaning, quite impressive. And since my insurance was out-​of-​network, Rafael was able to accommodate me. Do not hesitate to visit this office!
