Sparkleen Mobile Detailing

Awesome work! They were able to fit me into the pretty full schedule but ran behind. Instead of rescheduling, they worked until almost 7 pm to finish the job.

Like the other reviewer, I would give Sparkleen 6 stars if possible! On my way to work, I spilled a blueberry smoothie all over the center console and carpeted flooring of my car. I called Sam after reading the other review and he was incredibly accommodating.
He met me at my office within an hour and said that he would try to remove the stain with chemicals and mentioned that he wished he had his steamer with him. I explained that I would prefer it if he could avoid using chemicals, and he said he would be happy to come back with his steamer later in the day after he took care of another previously-​scheduled job. I agreed. But then he called me back half an hour later to tell me that he had bumped back his other job and would return with his steamer. He and his colleague worked on my car for about 45 min to an hour and when they finished, the interior was cleaner than I had ever seen it!
Sparkleen will be my go-​to for car detailing in the future. Sam was professional, very accommodating and respectful of my preference to avoid using chemicals. The fees are also very reasonable. I will happily recommend this firm in the future!

I called Sparkleen this past Friday afternoon to get my ’99 Suburban detailed so I could sell it. (Anyone want to buy a Suburban?) Sam answered right away and set me up with someone to come out the next morning.
Before calling Sparkleen, I had browsed Craigslist for mobile detailers, and there were the same five guys posting their ads every day. Most of them were located in Maryland and didn’t want to come out to Arlington. Only one guy was located in VA, and he wanted $ 225 for an exterior detail. Um, no thanks!
Sparkleen had their entire price list on their website, and I chose to get the exterior detail, which included washing/​waxing/​buffing, power washing the mats, interior vacuum, and more. I also had him shampoo the rear carpet as there were some dirt and rust stains back there.
WOW. «Eddie» did a fantastic job and the ‘Burb looks brand new. They brought all their own equipment, and they also use biodegradable chemicals.
My only quibble was that he missed some spots on the carpet with the vacuum. Sam called after Eddie was done and I mentioned the carpet, and he drove out himself to clean up the dirt. THAT is customer service right there.
When my other car needs to be detailed, I’ll definitely call Sparkleen for their services.
Seriously, anyone want a Suburban?
