Compared to all the other Starbucks near Arlington metro system this is by far the best location. They have always made my drinks correct, are kind and keep the store clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this location!

We’ve had a few experiences where they are great and very quick(mostly at night when no one is around) and then there have been a few where they’ve been slow and have actually placed my coffee down behind the counter and completely forgot to give it to me. I’d say 3 stars because it’s a Starbucks and the coffee is always delicious once we receive it. The service could be a bit better though.

Baristas can’t keep up on a busy Sunday morning. Received the wrong breakfast sandwiches and they didn’t bother to announce when the correct ones were ready. Very disappointing service…

Consistently the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and stop by at different times with different shifts, however there is no improvement. The staff seems lazy, and lacking a care in the world, including getting my drink in a timely manner. Furthermore, a simple ‘thank you’ or ‘you’re welcome’ can go along way. I have yet to receive either of those at any of my visits.

This location has consistently bad service. The Starbucks up the street at Courthouse is way better.

Staff is this location are just horrible. They are super rude when getting and preparing the order. My husband and I love tea, and every single time that we have gotten to this location is nothing more that disappointment. I am just tired of their bad service. If the employees are not good at excellence good service, they need to be trained or fired. Picture of cashier has been posted.

How about hiring some responsible adults who will open at the posted time(5AM on Sat per the app, website, and on the door)? All I got this morning was a shrug when I pulled on the door at 5:10 and she said 20 more minutes. I get it — you’re miserable and you feel like you’re going nowhere and you have no problem telling regular customers how little you care. The rest of us have places to go and things to do, so just stop being a slug, quit the job you hate and move on — everyone will be happier. I’ll be back once employees and management have turned over.

The service at this location has improved considerably over the past couple of years. My first few visits in early 2013 were very slow but they’ve made great strides since.

The staff is always extremelyfriendly! I like that the space is nice and open and high ceilings. It is very conducive to getting work done! I like it

One of the things that is supposed to be a plus in large chains is consistency of experience. I have no idea why this SBUX is so lousy compared to say the ones in Lee-Hi or Lyon Village centers. But it is. Not sure if it is understaffed in terms of quantity or quality, but it is a poor experience. I only go here because it is the closest coffee shop to me. Hurry up and open Peet’s!

The reviews that mentioned the staffs’ negative attitude are right. Don’t be surprised when they snap at you while you are ordering, literally mid sentence. Light ice means ice to the top. I guess it is like that Ed debevicks restaurant. Their charm is their ability to take rude to the next level.

I don’t drink a lot of coffee but, I’m addicted to my Carmel Frapp. Now that Starbucks is having a(Happy Hour) I’m more prompted to enjoy my favorite beverage that normally would cost about $ 6. Half Price Happy Hour!!! Way to go Starbucks!!! If you keep this up you may have me drinking Coffee every afternoon.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here. This place gets crazy busy and they do an awesome job of handling it. All of the staff has excellent customer service. I’ve been going to this location for about eight years now. I dont drink coffee but I do drink hot cocoa and these guys always remember me! Peppermint white hot chocolate, no whip, 7 pumps of peppermint. To die for I love this stuff, it’s like Chris Rocks explanation of Krispy Kreme doughnuts, it’s like it has crack in it. «so good you’ll s…»

I had an hour long wait at the Apple store, so I stopped by here for coffee. I am not a big fan of Starbucks in general but this place is especially egregious. I went to this place the other day and they were out of half and half and heavy cream. I asked ‘what kind of coffee shop doesn’t have these items?!’ The response — ‘with the snow we weren’t able to get any.’ Really? There’s a whole foods across the street and a trader joe’s maybe 3 blocks away. I hate laziness like this.

The negative reviews are pretty much right on. This place feels like a ship that has earned a reputation for being cursed. Service slow, apathetic, and unknowledgeable. Yes, they are one of the Starbucks that has the reserve coffees. That is a draw for me but the only reason to come here is if you want a better cup of coffee than the store in Barnes & Nobles… that place is barely 1 star. So if you go to the bookstore, come over here for your Java. Just don’t expect much more than the bare minimum from the place, a good cup of Joe. Also, the place seems to be a 100% capacity at their tables every time I come in. Sometimes have to go back up to Barnes & Nobles to actually sit and drink it. They could probably fit 5 more small tables and 10 – 20 more chairs and still have space.

It’s the nearest Starbucks to me in walking distance so I go here often. There are some good days and bad… some of the employees are super nice and some just don’t care to even give you a smile. The thing which irritates me about this place is that I always see a fly or tiny spiders or bugs… I try to forget about it after I get my coffee… but it’s something they need to work on I guess…

The late night barista got completely snippy as my friend and I went to use the ladies. There was not a «closed» or «in service» sign, just wet floor signs. Very uncalled for. Because our initial customer service was such a catastrophe, we didn’t even order anything. Very disappointed — it was a super awesome location and fabulous chill set-up.

This Starbucks isn’t very noticeable from the street as you drive by. I think the whole good across the street stands out so much it takes away the spotlight from the Starbucks. The worst thing about this place is their lack of parking. Driving? You’re screwed. My boyfriend ordered the Colombia Caldas Roast coffee which — mind you there was three signs for in the store. They told us they didn’t even have that coffee. After fumbling around for 10. minutes the barista managed to come up with something, not sure if it was the actual coffee. They seemed to have adequate seating and even an outdoor seating area. They just need to work on their inventory and signage. Not impressed.
