Meet the Business Owner

Kim H.

Business Owner

After a 21 year career at The Washington Post, Kim decided to pursue the doggy daycare concept and this new trend in pet care services. She knew this was a perfect fit for her love of dogs. Kim developed her own concept based on providing upscale services, in a premier facility with a staff certified in dog behavior and handling. Currently, Kim is a Certified Pet Care Technician, who volunteers with Lost Dogs Rescue, Pets on Wheels and other various canine groups. As a board member of ArlingtonDogs, she helps out with the Canine Community Areas (dog parks) of Arlington County. Kim’s love of animals began as a child growing up with three to four dogs as part of the «human» family. Over the years Kim’s love of dogs grew with her own dog family beginning with «Max», a lovable and loyal mutt. Now three lovable companions Roxy (Lab), Ronin (Tibetan Terrier) and Daisy (Mutt) fuel her passion for canines and her desire to open Wag More Dogs.
