History

Established in 2001.

Brian Parker has been in real estate sales, investments and renovations for over 20 years. Wendy Levenson Dean has been in real estate since 2004 and has been negotiating deals for individuals and companies as lawyer in the District of the Columbia since 1999. Both are experts in strategic marketing and negotiating. They pride themselves on building lifelong relationships with their clientele built on a model of lifelong learning so as to best serve the client in changing markets, and exemplary customer service, communication, and integrity in all dealings.

Business Owner

Wendy and Brian are experienced marketers, negotiators, and strategists with expansive knowledge of the DC Metro Area and its market conditions.

Brian is a native Washingtonian — raised on Capitol Hill and Bethesda and a long-​term resident of Arlington. After college, Brian got his start in real estate renovating historic homes in the District. With his contracting/​renovation background, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients, whether they be investors or home buyers.

Wendy was raised in the DC Metropolitan Area and has lived in Arlington since 1999. She has a law degree from Vanderbilt University and studied negotiation and mediation at Harvard’s Program on Negotiation and the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law. Prior to pursuing real estate full-​time, she negotiated high-​level deals with Fortune 100 companies.

I had wanted to purchase a home for years, but I was procrastinating for many reasons. A friend recommended that I call Wendy and Brian, and I could not be happier that I did so. Wendy walked me through the process, giving me lots of helpful information, and I did not feel any pressure to buy right away.
I spent a whole Saturday looking at different townhouses with both Wendy and Brian, and it was great to have two different people’s opinions on what worked and what didn’t. By luck, one of the places that we visited was a townhouse that I really loved. I felt comfortable that it was the right choice after Brian, a former contractor, examined both the exterior and interior and assured me that all the major features (roof, windows, furnace, etc) were in good condition.
Then, both Wendy and Brian coached me through the process of putting in an offer and bringing the transaction to a close. It went seamlessly, and they even helped me out post-​closing by recommending a handyman and other home improvement resources. I’m so grateful for their help and I give them my highest recommendation.

Wendy helped my Fiancé and me find the townhouse of our dreams. She knows the market very well. We had no doubt that she was looking out for our best interests. Her background as a lawyer is very reassuring, especially during the contract negotiation process. She also provided great recommendations for other services, like home inspection and flooring installation contractors. She worked diligently to help us close, while away on vacation. Highly recommend using Wendy as your realtor.

Wendy and Brian are an excellent team. Wendy knows the market and she is an amazing negotiator. Her background is in law and mediation — skills that transfer over into real estate very well. Brian has years of real estate experience and has worked as a licensed contractor in home renovation. Together, they are the perfect combination.
We both bought and sold a house with them, needing to purchase on contingency of sale. They both worked very hard to make that happen for us. Getting the timing just right on the sale/​purchase of the house and title issues were difficult — but Wendy easily took care of the situation. As her clients, we were confident in knowing that our best interests were being protected.
The entire process with Brian and Wendy was excellent. Their knowledge and experience helped to make the sale/​purchase of our homes extremely stress-​free and smooth. We appreciate their honesty, sound advice as well as the hard work they put forth to give their clients the best experience possible.
