This is my first rating! I wished it would have been a positive one but, I was so disgusted with the service I received, I felt I had to do this hoping they might change their business practice.
Im a pretty fair person and I will usually admit when im wrong. But today, they basically accused me of lying, and like robots, their only response was «we dont do that, it is not protocol.» Its funny, they were not there during the time in question! How could they be so sure their protocol was followed? Well, I was the liar. I would have been fine if they told me they didnt know what happed, and apologize for dropping the ball and how we would be able to fix the problem rather than making accusations. We are human and I understand we all make mistakes but, accusing your customers of lying is bad business. I wanted to love the convenience of AAA in the area but, ill put up with the long lines at the DMV before I deal with this place again. This is not aimed towards everyone at AAA, just the manager and customer service rep i delt with. One cant blame the whole for a few bad seeds but, those bad seeds left a bad taste in my mouth and because of that I will not be renewing this year!

Went into get my passport photo and wait wasn’t bad. The travel women supplied me with a list of all the post offices that would give me my passport and a list of their phone numbers. She also gave me two applications in case I messed up the first time. The passport phot cost $ 8+tax, I had $ 11 change that I accidentally dropped on my way out. She ended up running after me out the door to give it to me. I wish I had caught her name but she really made my day. I will be coming back to this location.

Went there for help on a DMV issue and to get Disney tickets. Started the adventure with a roach crawling on my chair. That was just wrong! Got to the window and «the worker» was a typical unresponsive DMV worker. Yeah I know she’s with AAA but I pay for this service. If I wanted a person with no personality, unprofessional grooming curt responses I could go to DMV. FOR FREE!!!
Don’t visit this AAA use a different one.

Great service and friendly Employes they always have a smile:) sometimes theirs a little wait when it’s busy but it’s way better than the DMV

I don’t understand the negative reviews…
I had to get my registration done (ugh, hate that time of the year), and they were very prompt and the service was good. I went in at about 2:30 on a Monday and left at about 2:50. I had time to do my registration AND get lunch? Seriously miraculous.
The lady that helped me was kind and courteous. She didn’t try to upsell anything and walked me through any questions I had.
Honestly not sure where these negative reviews are coming from…

What has happened to Triple A? They no longer care about customer service. See consumer affair complaints for numerous other reports.
This branch is terribly. When it is brought to the attention of the managed Norma she makes no apologies and excuses her employees who are distributing incorrect information about their own services (which means she is not training her employees and there is no management).
When I tell Norma my frustration and I am considering to cancel my multi policy with Triple A she does not care that it is due to her indifferent, uncaring. poor management.

She does not return a phone call for two weeks. When Norma gives me Mr. Gallegous head of customer service in Santa Ana phone number, I got the same Norma attitude. He actually started talking over me defending the poor service I was receiving where by I told him I am going to take the time, energy, and as many calls as it takes to cancel Triple A… I am not paying them to be treated poorly. You can not even get the basic professional customer service that long ago Triple A use to provide. Disgusting
You can never call a branch and get anyone to pick up to provide you service, you swim around for ever on the phone system to only end up on endless hold, they charge extra and more for road service, extra for notary services, extra service fee for travel services, branch services are highly impacted, slow, and they bomb you with trying to sell you life insurance policies. They do not care about you only your money.

Friendly and fast! I had to take care of 3 DMV issues and I was done within 15 minutes with only a 2 minute wait. Best AAA I have ever been to!

I SHOULD have read the reviews first… I waited for 1 hour and a half for a $ 7 notary service. Then, the associate still tried to talk to me about their financial services because he saw that the form I needed notarized for was financial-​related. So that irked me. Anyway, I really feel I wasted my time here.

Waiting 45 minutes to get notary service. Still sitting here and waiting. Will hit one hr mark in no time. Not too busy at the. moment but everything seems moving very slowly. My time worth more than the saving i got from aaa. Unbelievable…

This place is just as bad as dmv… 30 minute wait to buy movie tickets is ridiculous… Save time go to Costco!

This place is the worst! I hate coming here in Cerritos because the people are slow I feel like I’m at the DMV. I waited for a half hour until they told me it would be another 70mins. What the heck! It’s inly one guy working. Hey idiots! It the weekend try getting more to work!
