Wells Fargo Bank

They lack CUSTOMER SERVICE.
No one wanted to help resolve my concerns for my account and I had to waste an hour of my day to get back what was mine. I understand a bank policy but when is the customers business a value?
I made a deposit through the ATM and then waited for them to help me manage my accounts. The banker asked for my ID and I was trying to explain what I needed. She saw that my ID was expired by a couple of days. I apologized and explained I just got married on Sunday and it’s been chaotic but it’s renewed and showed her. She went to the managers and they said they couldn’t help me. I realized I did not have my debit card to show them I am who I am and realized I left it in the ATM. Was told nope, not getting it back without a valid ID. I told them it’s me, I don’t have anything else. I only had this time to come in and handle my accounts. They said it was policy so I walked out disappointed. No one heard what I needed.
They turned me away because my ID expired on ⁰⁴⁄₁₉ and I did not get an actual paper from DMV. I renewed it ⁰⁴⁄₁₇ and showed them my receipt but it wasn’t good enough so I had to go to DMV and wait 45 minutes for a piece of paper to come back and get my debit card. The only banker available was the lady before and I refuse to deal with a non professional.

Its clean, well kept, and everyone is super nice and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of working with Sonia and she helped me open a new account. It was done in 15 minutes and I had no questions at the end. I will definitely be going back here for my questions and financial needs!

This location is SO SLOW. Everytime I come here I feel like I’m wasting my precious time. They are overstaffed but yet seem to find a way to slow everything down… Please find more efficient ways of dealing with customers and the parking lot needs to be redesigned.

Thank you Wells Fargo for bringing the feeling of small town banking into the big city. Customer service is beyond wonderful. Ronnell and Jonathan make my work with the bank wonderful. Can’t say enough about the great care they took care of me with. Although I was closing out my mom’s accounts, because of their warmth and professionalism I decided to open an account for myself!

This location is a very busy one! They have a tiny parking space! And it’s bush both inside and the drive thru.

I have been with wells fargo for a long time. I left them before because they charge me almost $ 60 when they told me that opening a wells fargo and using it outside the US will not incur anything on me. So I left the bank… My mistake is coming back… This time they took $ 70 from my dads non-​wells fargo card when it should have just charged me $ 15… The guy trying to help me wasn’t that helpful. So I was talking to him and he goes «Ma’am would you like me to help you??? Because you’re yelling at me now» of course I am gonna yell, let me take your $ 70 see if you don’t yell at me… He says there is nothing we can do because it is not wells fargo… Long story short they just earned $ 70 from my dads card. I am seriously moving my money to a different bank… Starting it next week… I won’t be giving my business to you again…

This place is the real deal. Great customer service. Everyone is so professional and welcoming. I was helped by Angelique and let me tell you she’s awesome. She explains everything so thoroughly. This is my branch from now on plus it’s near the Cerritos mall and Target.

This review is overdue… I am writing this because of my experience here this past Saturday. Service was exceptional, I was greeted nicely at the door by two tellers and while we waited in line, one of them offered us water since it was a hot day and we were in line. I admit the lines can get long at times but today it wasn’t so bad. I also wanted to point out that the banker by the name of Joe S. was very professional and cordial to me and answered all my business banking questions and concerns. Thanks!

Normally it is fine here, I am in and out as long as I don’t go through the merchant line.

I actually prefer this bank then the one in long beach off willow. They’re always packed. Workers r slow. Lines r forever long! I like this bank because it’s never crowded. Every worker greets u with a smile & helps u right away & there’s never a line! You’re basically in & out.

So I won’t usually write a bad review, as I know that is causes problems for the people who didn’t start the problem, but I’m so mad at my experience at this bank that I hope they see this and get their act together. I can’t say this review is for the tellers either, because I never actually saw one.
Here’s the story: I had a problem with my card at the Target down the street so I stopped by this Wells Fargo to get it figured out. I walk in, a lady greets me and asks what I need, I tell her, she gets this obvious annoyed face and just tells me to sit down on one of the couches as all the tellers are busy. So, I’m sitting there, waiting, waiting, when a guy walks in and demands to see a teller. They tell him I was here first then when he gets upset they go and find a teller for him. A grown man cuts me. I get a little annoyed but I get it. He’s mad and I wouldn’t want to deal with him either.
Then another man walks in and he sits on the couches, I had already been here for 20 minutes at this point. A teller opens up and I think it’s my turn and then he says something to the greeter and she lets him go first. She looks at me and goes, «don’t worry, you’ll be next». She gets the same annoyed face and she walks away. It was at that point that I got up and left. Maybe it’s because I’m a 19 year old girl in flip flops so they didn’t think they have to take me seriously. All I know is during my 25 minute wait, there were 5 workers walking around greeting people, and clearly none of them had the time to help me.

Super friendly I should actually take my lazy ass inside instead if using the drive thru!

Drive thru! Went here after branch hours so I wouldn’t know about the service. Drive-​thru teller was a nice convenience, though!

Great bank but I don’t like how intrusive and chatty they are being. I also don’t like being called by my first name. Also don’t offer water and forget to give it to me!

I’ve been a lifelong customer of the ol’ stagecoach, and for the most part I’ve been satisfied doing my banking with them.
Perhaps my worst dealings, however, have been due to problems caused by this location.
When I finally escaped from high school and was on my way to college I opened a student checking account here to go along with my 18-​year-​old joint savings account I shared with my mother. I felt like such an adult, and the gentleman helping me was so nice.
Problem was he was incompetent. I think his name was Ashley.
Over the next few months I kept incurring charges for not having the magical minimum amount in my account, something I wasn’t supposed to be charged for with a student account. I also was never sent my ATM card or free checks (a promotion I was to receive for opening the account when I did).
Angered after a heated encounter with a teller who wouldn’t cash a check for me because I was overdrawn by a dollar due to their constant charges, I (beyond fed up) drove to another WF location to close my accounts for good. Not only did the other branch suddenly I-​Dream-​of-​Jeannie-​blink the money I was repeatedly charged back into my account, they informed me that this Cerritos branch opened a regular account for me, and listed my occupation as student, which is NOT the way to open a FREE student account. More over, their database had that I was using a Canadian passport as my identification. What?
I’ve limited my dealings with this branch to ATM drive-​thru visits only, and I haven’t encountered any banking-​related drama since.
