What a wonderful experience i had with ordering, receiving and enjoying my new furniture.
Andy was wonder throughout the whole process. It had been 37 years since i bought new furniture and I couldn’t ask for better service. The savings with Wyckes was unbelievable too.
I’ve never ordered something this big through the internet and was a little worried at first.
I couldn’t be happier with everything from start to finish. I have already shared my experience with all my friends, and they couldn’t believe how fast i got my new furniture. The delivery guys were super nice, punctual and professional. Thank you Andy for all your help.

So the fam bam and I needed a new sofa set. I decided to look up places near us and to my surprise the first place that popped up was Wyckes. We went to check it out and found a couple sets that we liked right away, but wanted to come back so as to make sure the measurements were right for our home. We went back the next day and purchased one of the sets. I liked that we weren’t getting hounded but the staff made them selves available when needed. The process was smooth and we got through the paperwork easily. Thanks to Oriah and Eric for helping us out and processing the paperwork!

First things first ! People there are awesome. They don’t hound you like other places, yes they dress casual like other people have complained about but if you pay attention those guys also help you load up! I’d hate to see someone in a suit load furniture! The manager was easy going quick in and out got exactly what we wanted no hassle !

First time going to this store. Went in to buy a sofa. Two employed on their phone and didn’t look up. Another two were behind the counter chatting. Nobody even made eye contact with me. I will not be coming back.

I’m very skeptical about furniture stores. But this one by far exceeded my expectations. I came here looking for a mattress, and was impressed on the quality of the mattresses and blown away at the awesome deals they have. I ended up purchasing my first mattress here. And I will definitely be coming back in the future

incredible value and great service. i was looking for a sectional L shaped sofa with a sleeper bed. prices for that combo elsewhere were 10k and up. andy helped me pick out a great modern looking sofa, customized the shape and size to fit my room, and it will be ready in a few short weeks. he was very patient with me and all of my questions, very thorough going over all the options. i would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a sofa! they have tons of other furniture available as well.

Went here today and Andy was absolutely awesome I picked out the coal Creek bedroom set he couldn’t of been more help.

Andy was great helped us find the perfect bedroom set! He showed us all kinds of options till we found the one for us. We even ended up getting a new mattress which wasn’t the plan! I’m super happy with the great customer service we were given. Thanks Andy!

The sales associate Andy greeted us soon as he saw us and helped me pick a super inexpensive sectional which is perfect for my new apartment! Super cool guy! Will be back soon to purchase my bed and mattress because I saw some I might want to get! If you need any assistance ask for Andy!

Walked right in girl sleeping on counter looked hungover. A young man finally greeted us looked 19 wearing shorts and a beanie. Furniture looked used, overpriced and you could tell poorly made. Would not recommend.

My wife & I decided it was time to get a new couch.
After speaking to several different people about furniture section my niece referred us to this place since they had a good experience.
We then went to check this place and spoke to Andy (manager) whom gave us excellent customer service and we ended up getting a custom couch that will fit our living room space the way we wanted.

We came in a few weekends ago and received excellent customer service by the entire staff. Andy was very knowledgable and helped answer many of our questions and also made great recommendations. I was impressed with the selection and quality of furniture here. Wyckes carries Coaster and Ashley furniture. The day our furniture was delivered, everything went very smoothly and the furniture was assembled quickly. We couldn’t be more happy with the beautiful counter height dining table we purchased! Thank you, Wyckes for a great shopping experience. We’ll be back soon.

Dishonest and fraudulent. I ordered a custom sofa with chaise on the right side. The salesmen assured me it was no problem. When I got home, I decided to double check. The salesperson said he would need to check with his manager who wasn’t in. He told me he would «hold the order» so there would be no charge if it couldn’t be made as requested. Three days later, I spoke to the manager who said the sofa only came with a left side chaise. So we cancelled the order BEFORE it had been processed. Then these crooks charged me a 30% «restocking» fee for something that was NEVER even ordered. They submitted a fraudulent statement to my bank which is now under investigation. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE!

Great customer service by Andy (store manager) He was very knowledgeable and honest. We were referred by my niece.
We checked out Living Spaces, but realized we can customize our couch to our taste, size, & budget. We ordered a customized leather couch to fit our living room, ottoman, and it came with two pillows (customized). I’m very happy that we finally ordered our new leather couch.

They really need to fix the sign outside, it shows poorly and my wife and I weren’t even sure if they were still in business.
That said though service was good and the price was were even better. I can’t really complain about that.
They have a good selection of chairs and couches. Fair offering of dining tables and coffee tables, small selection of entertainment centers, desks and bedroom furniture.
They carry the name brand stuff, Ashley and Coasters so it’s worth the time to check them out.

My husband and I got a great deal on our furniture. We purchased a sofa and love seat from this place. We were looking for furniture for a few weeks before we made our final purchase, their prices couldn’t be beat. I highly recommend this furniture store, what a great deal we got!

Upon arrival, we noticed the large sign outside was all cracked and falling apart. Not necessarily a good sign when arriving at a supposed 5 star establishment. But, perhaps it happened recently and they are working on getting it fixed…
We were only inside for about 10 minutes looking at TV stands before we left so this review is based on our limited experience.
They had a very small selection of TV stands — maybe 7 total? We were expecting a number closer to 15 – 20, especially when this store is ranked so highly and is pretty massive in size.
Delivery is $ 80 and setup fee is $ 50. This just seems unreasonable in the age of «free shipping» deals from internet giants like Amazon, Way fair, and Living Spaces. Why would I pay almost $ 100 extra for shipping when I can get the same TV stand online with free shipping? It just doesn’t seem like they’re willing to be competitive.
Also both salesmen seemed incredibly bored and uninterested in going «above and beyond» to help us like other reviews raved about. They weren’t rude or anything — they just didn’t exude customer service.
Overall, I wasn’t impressed with their selection, prices, customer service or outside maintenance.

What a great experience. Went to this store first thanks to Unilocal and we found the great customer service that other reviewers encountered.
We found an Ashley Furniture Sectional on the Furniture Outlet website but Furniture Outlet didn’t have it on display on the floor. Eric was very helpful without being pushy and he suggested we visit an Ashley Furniture store to see it in person. Eric guaranteed he could give me the best price. The salespeople at Ashley were so frustrating and pushy, and they were asking for a small fortune for the sectional we wanted. I called Eric back at Furniture Outlet and he gave us an AMAZING deal, which included delivery and a 5 year protection plan.
It took a week and half to get the furniture delivered, but we were happy to wait because of how much money we saved, and Eric kept us updated on the delivery date. The delivery guys were super friendly and professional and actually delivered our furniture at 6 AM, so we didn’t have to worry about taking work off to get it delivered. They brought everything in, set it up, and removed the cardboard and plastic.
I highly recommend everyone check this place out if you’re looking for furniture. The price cannot be beat and Eric was great to work with. When a store has 30 + reviews and ONLY 5 stars, you know they’re doing something right.

My experience at furniture Outlet has been fantastic since I first found this place on Unilocal back in January. The selection was great and the prices were very reasonable.
A few months back I had a small issue with a piece of furniture that I purchased earlier this year. I contacted FO and was pleased to hear that everyone I spoke to wanted to see my issue resolved quickly and that I was satisfied. I spoke to Mike (Manager) and he quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Mike, thank you for the resolving the issue and for being a man of your word. You are a true concierge in your role at Furniture Outlet.
Future repeat customer

Richard followed up after seeing our review and realizing we were upset with how things were dealt with in our first order. He was apologetic and explained there was a misunderstanding, and also demonstrated their intentions to provide good customers service. I still wasn’t pleased with their service, but we gave Furniture Outlet another chance with a smaller, custom chair order. This time, things went smoothly with the appropriate follow-​up, keeping us in the loop. The chair arrived complete, without defects, and earlier than our expected date.
I am satisfied with the resolution of our complaints with the establishment, though if my mom wasn’t insistent on making the second order, I personally would not have returned nor given positive referrals. However, their strongest selling point is their AFFORDABLE customization options not only in fabric, but also cushion foam density (3+ choices), and leg color/​stain (7+ choices). This was very important for my mom and the sole reason why we ordered the second piece of furniture despite all the issues, but we’re glad we gave them another chance. My mom is really happy with her chair, and will most likely be raving to all her friends about it every time she gets the chance.
Business relationship repaired. Overall, Furniture Outlet’s couches/​chairs are fantastic products.
