The staff was Very professional and friendly. Speedy service was an added bonus. They fixed my tire.

I visited this place for the first time July 3, they were recommended to us by our regular mechanic. Jasper’s did such a good job, we might not go back to him.
Day before a holiday, they took the time to thoroughly check my car and take care of any additional services my car needed. Plus they washed my car very well and left me a little goody bag in my car!

I don’t know why this business has a 5 star rating (probably because not enough people knows about Unilocal), this place doesn’t treat customers with dignity. I went there because my car had an electrical problem and wanted to at least talk to the mechanics there. However, one of the mechanics which happened to be white, didn’t even want to talk to me and told me to go away and return the following day because they were busy. Money doesn’t have no color (I thought to my self) and felt disappointing for how I was refused service without doing anything but taken my car to the wrong place. I hope your business goes broke in the future because you don’t treat customers with dignity and pay attention to their needs.

Phoned in 1 week prior to my visit and set up an appointment for a brake and bulb inspection, was given a quote and estimated time of service which I thought was decent compared to other estimates I received. I arrived 15 minutes early and my car was taken in immediately, the service time and price out the door was exactly what we discussed over the phone and I was satisfied with the level of service and professionalism they had.

I had a brake and light inspection done on a salvage vehicle for DMV. I got my certificates. It seems like a very reliable clean honest shop. I would feel very good about going back here if I needed other repair work done.

There are few business that rival the customer service you get at Jasper’s. Beyond the satisfaction of knowing my car is taken care of, I always leave feeling like I dealt with good people, something severely lacking in this world.

I used to take my car and truck to a shop by my house but I would always feel as if I was getting ripped off and taken advantage of. A friend of mine recommended Jasper’s and now it’s my go to shop!
It’s very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, you can tell they take customer service seriously. Techs are all certified and knowledgeable. They never push you to do anything unnecessary like other shops do.
Prices are very fair for the great quality of work that’s done here. Definitely a trust worthy and reliable shop.

Back in July, I happened to be getting a 1995 Honda Accord I own smog certified, at the Artesia Test Only Center, located next door to Jasper’s. Suddenly. .. «BOOM » ! The radiator, which had 239,000 miles on it, had burst. The guys from Jasper’s, including Pete (the owner), came over to investigate. It happened at about 12:00 noon. Now I was stuck, so to speak; I had never done business with Jasper’s before, so I hadn’t had a previous opportunity to form my own opinion of their trustworthiness and dependability. Let me tell you. .. Pete and his crew of awesome mechanics, won me over in very short order ! (that is not an easy thing to do, because I work in the auto industry). Within minutes, Pete was in front of his computer, and then on the phone to his parts supplier, to confirm inventory of a replacement radiator. He then printed me a detailed itemized appraisal, and said that if I gave him the «go-​ahead «, he could get the part (s) delivered, install them, and take the car next door to get the smog certification, which I had originally set-​out to accomplish, done. .. and ALL IN THE SAME AFTERNOON ! NOT ONLY THAT, THE PRICE PETE HAD QUOTED ME, AS I FOUND OUT LATER, WAS «THE BEST DEAL IN TOWN » ! At a little after 5:00 P.M., that same day, I was cheerfully driving the car on my way home. .. smog certification and all ! What could have easily been a pretty bad day, turned out to be a «blessed day «, many thanks to Pete and his crew of professionals ! PETE, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HONESTY. .. AND A JOB WAY BEYOND «WELL DONE » ! ! !

Jasper’s Auto Service is just great. I tried them out because they are an Auto Club recommended repair facilty. I was most pleased with their excellent work at reasonable prices. From now on, this is the only place I’ll go to for service on my Chevy Malibu.

Its a great place to take your car, all the techs are certified and know their craft. The Owner is also a Master tech so he knows his way around the automobile… plus they have AAA customer satisfaction evaluation score of 100% 3 years in a row! Yay!

I was referred to jasper’s by a friend of mine at work. It’s always a big deal when a car owner chooses a shop to leave their beloved vehicle at. So trust is a major issue. Once I met the mechanics at jasper’s, those fears turned into confidence. Great customer service! No nonsense and straight to the point. It was a painless experience and now I’m relieved to have a place I can now trust every time I’m in need of vehicle services.
