Did not need Smog, but I had bought a car that had issues. Lesson learned, Mike and Andre helped out a lot and even told me to bring a car by if I intend to purchase it. I will head there when I need to smog my car, but until then I highly recommend this shop.

I’ve been here twice now and will probably return for the next check when needed. It’s close to my house so that’s a huge bonus for me, but ptobably not a selling point for others.
The cost was reasonable, you get a discount for checking in with Unilocal.Not the cleanest, or most welcoming waiting area, but it’s a smog check place. I didn’t expect much anyway. Parking might be an issue if they’re busy, but I haven’t run into that yet and I’ve been here twice.
The staff was friendly, and worked quickly to get me in and out of there.
I would definitely recommend this place to someone in the area that needs a smog check.

Took my car in. Spoke with Michael. He had me in and out, easy as that.
If you have a hooptie or have a car with aftermarket parts, you will probably fail the smog test and leave a negative review.
My smog check was quick. No stress and competitive pricing.

Got here and the owners son greeted me. My car only took 15 mins at most to get tested so it was extremely fast. I was trying really hard to check in on Unilocal and come to find out, I didn’t have the app installed but the owners son was going to just give me the $ 10 discount anyway. What great people and great service! I was able to install the Unilocal app last minute but just the gesture and the quick customer service are worth 5 stars! Would recommend anyone to come here! Lol be sure to have the Unilocal app installed before coming.

Thanks fellow Unilocalers. I was able to find this place thanks to your help. It wasn’t too hard to find but if your unfamiliar with the area I can see how you can miss it. The Beast needed a smog check and this place had the best reviews in the area. I was greeted by Andre. He was very pleasant and friendly. He told me it would take 20 minutes but I was done sooner. It was very quick. Your check in will save you $ 10, which is cool. I felt this place was honest and it didn’t have that shady feel like other places. They had a couple of couches to sit and wait. I will definitely be back here.

I took my car in for a smog check on 6÷5÷15. I also took my mom’s car in for a smog check sometime earlier in the year. One time I tried showing up before they opened to see if I could be the first person there, but that didn’t work, someone else beat me to it. Another time, I called ahead and they said they weren’t busy, when I got there I didn’t have to wait. Both times the shop owner’s son (I forgot his name) smogged the car, he is nice and friendly. Happy I found this place.

Fast and polite service. Came on a Thursday afternoon, there was no wait and was done in less than 15 min (it was literally like 13 minutes). Quoted $ 60, but after Unilocal check in discount it came out to $ 50.

No one is happy when they receive their vehicle registration renewal notice with the words «SMOG certification Required». Cheese and crackers, now I had to find a place to get it done with the least hassle and best price. After some researching on Unilocal,I settled on Artesia Test Only Center which was conveniently pretty close to where we live. Plus after reading some Unilocal reviews, discovered this place offered a $ 10 discount for checking in to Unilocal.Score!
I finally had the time to go there this past Sat, and was happy that I was able to drive right in without an appt. Luckily, there was no one else getting a smog test so I was able to get right in. Gave the nice man my paperwork, showed him my Unilocal check in and he drove my car into the garage and got started right away. I took a seat and about 20 mins later my car was done. He told me my results were sent electronically to the DMV and then gave me my receipt and my car’s Smog Check Vehicle Report. Paid $ 50 total (normal price is $ 60 minus the $ 10 Unilocal discount) and was on my merry way.
I would recommend this place and will be coming back the next time I see those dreaded words on my renewal notice (shaking fist at the DMV).

Thanks to fellow Unilocalers, I was able to find the center easily from the street. I went early morning before work on a Tuesday and there was no one before me. The gentleman immediately greeted me and set to work on the smog check. They honored the Unilocal deal. I waited for about 15 minutes max and was off to work in no time! I would go back again.
My sister went to another place and told me she got hers done a lot cheaper, although the wait was a lot longer.

I thought it was very nice of them to tell me about it before they rung me up. I wish I knew about this place yesterday. Went to 3 different smog stations and couldn’t run out fast enough.
