The last review was based on our first time use of Citrus Solution but the repeat visit was also excellent. They had to tackle our problem high traffic areas and the results. STELLAR! Abigail and JJ were able to squeeze me in quickly, and they were a joy to work with – kind, punctual, fair, friendly, all-​around great. They cleaned our carpets, area rugs, and two cream-​colored loveseats I had been unable to get clean with my little Bissell cleaner. Everything is amazingly clean! I loved the citrus smell that filled our house for a little while after they were gone, and loved that nothing was wet after they cleaned it so we could walk on the carpets right away. They were super sweet to our elderly dog, too. I will never hire anyone else to clean our carpets, rugs and upholstery. Thanks, Abigail and JJ, for such excellent work and service!

I highly recommend CitruSolution for carpet cleaning. Abigail and JJ were on time, are very friendly, and professional. They quoted and charged a fair price for their service and I like that they don’t charge extra or surprise fees like other carpet cleaning companies. Our carpets were cleaned in a timely manner, they care about their quality of work, and were considerate of our kids and dog in our home. Our carpets dried pretty fast, look great, and I like the citrus scent of their carpet solution. I will definitely call them again!

We had just moved into our home and needed the whole house carpets cleaned, JJ and Abigail definitely came through. They were courteous and professional. It was obvious they wanted to take the time to do the job right. A few weeks later the carpets still looked great and there’s still a nice citrus scent in the air! Wow, what a great carpet cleaning company! I really enjoy how little water goes into the carpets so I’m not worry about wet carpets. This is especially helpful in the colder months when you can’t leave windows open to dry out carpets from traditional carpet cleaners.
JJ was responsive, professional and very mindful around our house and pet. I felt very comfortable having him work in our house.
The best part is how well they are able to tackle those occasional stains you get from pets and everyday life and leave a great and light citrus smell when they are done.

Had carpet and couch cleaned today, and both look great and the place smells great. They showed up punctually, were very friendly and finished quickly. The puppy pee smell is gone, and the best part is, there were no fees beyond what was quoted! Very happy, and will call them again for regular cleanings. Would recommend to anyone looking for friendly local upfront service.

My husband and I just moved into a new house and got our furniture shipped from our old house in CT. Two couches had been in the old dirty basement and when we got them, they were full of mouse poop. We had a newborn and were freaked out to go near the couches knowing mice have been all over them. JJ and Abigail had both couches cleaned, noticeably, within an hour. In addition to their professionalism, kindness and efficient work, our house was filled with a delicious citrus smell! We are not afraid to put our little one right on the couch now. After searching online for a top-​rated carpet cleaning company in our area, I decided to call Citrus Solutions based on their high reviews. I was not disappointed! They were kind, considerate and helpful… giving top notch customer service, which seems to be a dying art these days. JJ, the owner, offered a discount for being a first time costumer and the price to clean the areas we needed cleaning was very reasonable. I was very impressed with their service and the way our carpets were cleaned. The house smelled so clean afterward and knowing that no harsh chemicals were used in any way was a big relief. Our dog had an accident on the carpet and the smell was hard to get completely out. After Citrus Solutions came to clean, the smell didn’t exist! This is a new company and they are doing it right! I will call them again when our carpets need refreshing.

I have lived in my apt. for over 8 years now and have never had my carpets cleaned, because I’m lazy… Anyway, my carpets were in dire need of a cleaning and I knew it was time I needed to find a carpet cleaning company. I found CitrusSolution online and after looking at the before and after photos, and reading up on their process, I decided to give them a try. Abigale and JJ (the owners) showed up exactly when we scheduled our appointment, they helped me move my bed frame out of the room (above and beyond), and were extremely friendly and professional. But beyond their professionalism, personalities and great prices, the carpets after years of grime and dirt and melting snow, came out AMAZING! The carpets looked like they were brand new, and my carpets are cream colored at that, so for CitruSolution to work their magic and have the results they did, I was truly impressed. Love this company, great people too! I had a baby vomit on my couch and rugs, so I wanted a cleaning solution safe for babies and pets. This was the best I found, and I was so happy with the results and smell. I even got a bottle of solution for touch up’s in the future. I got the couch and 2 rugs cleaned for cheaper than I normally have one of my rugs dry cleaned. The other nice thing is I didn’t have to leave the house and wait for it to dry for hours, it was dry with in 2! Pet owners and moms, this is a great alternative to traditional chemical carpet cleaning.

I had a roommate move out of my house with her dog after residing there for a little over a year. My carpet was stained from the potty training as well as the residual smell of dog in her room. We shampooed the carpet 4+ times in her room to no avail with a rented machine, I found Citrus Solutions and they quoted me a fair price for my whole house so I decided to give them a shot and boy am I glad i did! They got the lingering dog smell out of the room as well doing an amazing job with the carpet for the rest of the house.
