I brought my truck here to get a new bumper and new lights, and had no issues. They were quick, friendly and I’ve pushed 2 of my friends to go there cause of my experience. Only 4 stars because they got my floor mat dirty.

Unprofessional is the theme for this place.
Initial estimate was that the repair would take 5 days. The actual repair took 3.5 weeks. I understand that sometimes a job can be bigger than you are able to predict. But 3.5 weeks??? Not having transportation to work for that long was a big strain. I would have gone with a different shop if I had known this. Now you have this knowledge!
Mechanic gave me initial estimate of $ 2600. When it came time to pick up the car, I was surprised with a bill that was $ 2,000 higher than the initial quote. Wasn’t informed of this until the day I picked up the car. I repeatedly asked the shop if the car being in their possession for so long would increase the bill and was straight up ignored. This is just deceptive and a pure lack of communication.
2 stars instead of 1 because the car looks fine after the repair. Take my advice: Go to a more capable and reputable shop.
